    Stay away from this so called business. It rarely answers the phone, have you on hold forever, and when you get someone, they frequently hang up on you. Service is HORRIBLE. How do we secure legal action against this company for taking my money monthly and not honoring the contract?

    This has been the worst experience EVER! These people do not pick up the phone, have you on hold forever, and when you get someone, they hang up on you. My car has been sitting where it is for over three weeks now. The customer ********************** is HORRIBLE. I am going to cancel this policy and seek legal action against this company for taking my money monthly and not honoring their word. I am going to also ask for full reimbursement for my vehicle. This is ridiculous!

    There are long waits when calling customer service. My battery went dead on 9/14/2024, I called the roadside assistance, and I was unable to get through. Another complaint I have, my bill went up to $80.00 per month from 76.86 as stated in the agreement. In the past, they have changed addresses without giving any notifications causing me to get behind on my bill. It takes a long time to get reimbursed on an oil change claim. I feel I am being ripped off and scammed. I can tell you I am not happy with Protect My Car. and am considering cancelling my contract.

    The person who deals with claims whos name ************************* is a very ******** person he does not have any respect for the customers and he told Me and the shop that I have to fix another problem that has nothing to do What I took my car in for protect my car to fix Before they can fix the problem. The shop doesnt understand why he is saying that because it has nothing to do with anything but it seems they dont want to pay anything. I give the a one star but if I could it will be no stars.

    I can never get a hold of them for YEARS now! Can we all do a lawsuit against this company?? Please email me to ******************. We need to do a class action lawsuit and get our $$ back

    I have been customer for about 3 yrs. I can never get a hold of them. Rude customer service. Recently my mechanic spent 60 mins on hold no answer. I called them and after 30 mins was connected to representative who refused to start repair claim since I dialed the phone and mot the mechanic. The PMC representative advised me that I should find a new mechanic since they asked me to call. The PMC representative said there is zero hold time and the mechanic should call back right away. As if the mechanic has nothing else to do but sit on hold while his actual work doesn’t get done.

    Been with Protect my Car for over 4 years, and recently was denied thier obligated routine maintenance service of a free oil changes to include services that are covered by the warranty company. They gave the maintained company a hard time and I was refused by the reputable dealership maintenance. I've been paying multiple payments and told that PMC has terminated 75ppl. Do not recomend thier service, Even if they recover.

    They don't even deserve a 1 . Id give them -000. Can't get them to answer phone n when they do after holding 25 minutes they hang up. Guy they sent to my residence to jump car didn't have any clue or interest in doing it. Told my husband when I was out of earshot you must get it towed. He was telling dude ok. Cost is 100.00 n then when dealership tried contacting protect my car they got hung up too. But was told by customer service guy that we had to supply them with service records so we went to library and got charged 49.99 to get this information n our vehicle is still sitting at garage waiting for them to tell them what is covered 4 days now boy you can bet im going after these crooks. Been paying them for 4 yrs n this is first time asking for anything and receiving zilch. No good I suggest run like hell from protect my car.

    What a horrible place to do business with and downloading their cancellation form is useless because the link they sent you does not work.I am on limited income. I cannot afford this place and when I try to call and cancel it, they became rude and gave so many excuses.If you want to do business with this, please dont youre wasting your time and youre wasting your money and they will scam you.

    **Avoid Protect My Car A Nightmare Experience**Protect My Car is the worst warranty company I've ever dealt with. Starting a claim was a nightmare. We could never get in touch with anyone, and once we did, we were told management would get back to us but they never did. We spent hours at a time on hold. One representative even told us she was canceling our services and closing our claim because I was frustrated with them. We've decided to drop their service and go with another company. My advice to anyone considering Protect My Car is RUN.
