      I recently registered a new business in ** called Loveleigh Aromalogy, LLC. on 6 April I received an unsolicited package left by the **** at the front door of my business addressed to Loveleigh Aromalogy, LLC from FL Business Center, LLC, *********************************************************************************************************. I opened the package because I thought it was something I ordered for my company or some correspondence for it. I discovered it contained a 2024 ***************** Labor Law Poster with no additional correspondence inside. When I looked up the company who sent the package on the BBB website I saw that it had several complaints against it under the name FL Document Services, LLC with the same exact address of the company that sent the poster to me. I am not certain what their future intent is but I perceive it may be the beginning of a "Brushing Scheme". I would like to request no further contact from this company. I appreciate your time.

      We received this letter and thought it was necessary for the ******* government. The same day we made the payment, we confirmed that this document was not necessary, and we started calling the company, for 1 week, and no one answered the phone at many hours of the day, we did leave the message with our phone, and I never received a call back. We reviewed their review and they comment on the same problem. They look for people who open new businesses, and they send them this confusing letter, to offer you a document that is not necessary.

        I am sorry that you are confused by a letter that you received. Our letter very clearly outlines who we are and what we offer to your business. There is a disclosure at the top of the letter as you can see that states we are not associated with a government agency, and that you are not required to purchase anything from our company. You were provided with a custom printed labor law compliance poster as well as a Certificate of Status from the ******* Secretary of State. Those documents are legitimate and have been mailed to your address on ********* DRIVE. Thank you, and take care.

      I received a letter for a Certification of Status application form, where I had to pay ***** and I ended up paying $174, I never received a payment receipt, and I just saw that the document only really costs $8. I wrote you an email but I didn't receive a response. Please, I just need a Refund.

      A document came in the mail after registering for an LLC for my business (TDG ****************** that appeared to be a document from the government requiring a payment for posting certification etc. I scanned the code to pay the bill for $174. Received a poster in the mail today and called the official government department and was made aware of the scam by third parties. I searched for a phone number and did not find one on the website, nor an email address. Nor did I ever receive a receipt after "activating" my LLC Certificate of Good Standing. The Better Business Bureau has the phone number on their website and this is where I read multiple complaints about a possible scam.I called the phone number posted on this website to request a refund via phone message. I hope they are reputable enough to refund my money. I have also filed a dispute with my credit card company.

        We have provided the paid for services including a labor law compliance poster and certificate of status. Unfortunately, if the customer has filed a chargeback/dispute with their bank then we are unable to issue a refund. Typically we would directly refund the customer less any costs for printing/shipping services, however we are unable to do so if the customer has filed a dispute. This will now have to go through the dispute process which could take up to 60 days. If you would like to close your dispute and have a standard refund issued please let us know. Otherwise we are unable to assist at this time. Thank you.

      I will wait for my full refund as per my credit card dispute.  As noted in my complaint with BBB, similar to so many other complaints against this business with BBB, as well as other online complaints and reviews regarding their practices.  Please find attached my **** receipt - I have returned their poster.

Our solicitations clearly state that we are not a government agency nor do we have any affiliation with a government agency.       I am rejecting this response because: youre providing a Certificate of Status Authentication document that you get from sunbiz.org pretending you are government that creates and provides the document to companies. You are a scam company. You might be registered with the state but that does not mean you are a legit company. You pretend to be something you are not and get $174 from every single person you scam for a document they couldve just gotten from sunbiz.org. You put in tiny fine print on your invoice that you are not a government company so you can cover your a** but everything else makes it look like you are a government company. Get a real job and stop ripping people off. Sad that this is how you make money. Hope the **************** finally realizes what you are doing to its citizens. Also convenient that the name of your company is the same exact as a legit company except yours has LLC after it. That legit company gets all the angry phone calls you should receive.

You may be unaware of this, but businesses have been providing the same services that our company provides for more than fifteen years with very similar price points.       I received a letter in the mail from this organization presenting itself as if it were a government agency. It was presented as an invoice that had to be paid, and I did not realize until it was too late that it was not legitimate. I have attempted to call them, and they won't answer or return my call. I don't want this to become a legal issue, but I will press it if they do not rectify the problem.

      This Company sent a letter to our house that looks to be from the **************** collecting fees for Annual Report filing. The document sent to ** was clearly imitating the **************** Document with a link to pay more than double the amount required. This is a clear scam operation that needs to be looked into. Who knows how many people this company has scammed without them even knowing it. The company also offered a refund minus a processing fee. The fee is currently being disputed with the credit card company.

      12/27/2023 payment was made for ***** for certificate of Business thinking this was a renewal A confirmation receipt was never sent and this has nothing to do with the ******** of *********** how are companies able to send documents out as if they are representing a state business and able to get away with it. This is a waste of my hard earned money as a first time business owner I was thinking this is a document that had to be paid.
