      Please! Business owners stay faraway from USFCR they took almost $5000 from me to help me with my business they didnt do anything until the membership was expired.

He is prompt, courteous and detailed in assisting us in completion of the needed data and submitting it to the Government's portal. **** has represented us now for four years and I would recommend his services to anyone.       Super upset that this has to be made with a one star because I really liked the gentleman that was helping us but we was lead on. Told it would take no time to get this ball rolling. As for our case manager **** she never reached out to us to find out what was going on with our Sunbiz name. Instead after a week, I called ***** and he actually took the time to figure out what was going on. (We could’ve been done sooner if **** would’ve just reached out) I had to email her with the fixed name to even continue. I asked to cancel since it’s already taken this long. They said I can’t after 48 hours which is a lie. Even the paper we signed states we can. So now they’re telling us that all of the paperwork is done, even though we still don’t have a cage number. So obviously, we aren’t done and now they’re refusing with me to give me back my money.

      Hello, just like the response we gave for **** ****, I will attach the response for him at the tail end of this review.

      "Hello ****, I understand your frustration in which you may feel slighted. Now we do have a 48 hour policy when it comes to refunds, however; your service was instated on October 2nd of 2024 and you did attach a document that shows you signed a refund document on the same day of purchasing. With that being the topic, your service was continued and you were amicable with reaching the end goal of having your *** Registration assistance handled by us as you were forthcoming when it came with sending us the proper documentation required to handle said process and stay in contact even if it may have been difficult for both parties, due to people's mailboxes being full so that they cannot receive messages. But you were being contacted and the service you paid for was not only being serviced but it was completed. Touching on the 48 hour comment, yes this would have been a tangible request had you requested for a refund two days after the 2nd of October (The day you purchased our service) instead of waiting weeks to do so.

      Now we still apologize for any inconvenience or difficulty this situation has brought you and your company, and we would like to mend things so that both parties are pleased. But due to our contract and the negligence of timing, a refund can not be issued. And in rebuttal I hopefully ask that you and your employees remove any and all bad reviews pertaining to us not fulfilling our service as this is not true."

      I had the worst experience with this company, they let us pay for what they now claim is bid review, we never even attempted to use none of the bids in the 5 packages. After deciding that this wasn't going anywhere, we requested a refund. They refused in one response they say we have used one of the bids, in another email they say we have used all the bid reviews. They even charged our car unauthorize charges without our knowledge from that time no one answer or return our calls or emails, so we can rectify our dispute. This company is a scam, and we have more individuals and companies can verify that the same thing happen them. We are going through all the legal procedures so this fraud company can settle this dispute zero-star ratings

      We have had a great experience working with our team at the USFCR. They are extremely responsive and have provided support and guidance with the system throughout the process. Our organization had never bid on government work and our initial entry into this stream of business was very overwhelming. We have greatly appreciated the opportunity to tap into readily available resources to help us through the process has been a major time saver.

      I have had nothing but great experiences. Everyone was responsive, and when I sent an email to **** with a question, he immediately responded and made it easy for me to get my questions answered. With ****, there were no stupid questions. He always responded to my questions and never left me feeling like an idiot. That's a big deal to me, because this process is foreign to me, and **** would carefully walk me through the process with ease and ****** I feel so happy to deal with him. From time to time, he would just check in and if need were, he would call me to clarify a process to me. I couldn't be happier.
