              Business has continued using my personal information for unauthorized and unsolicited marketing purposes despite requests dating back to 01Nov2023. Contact has been made dozens of times requesting that they immediately halt all use of my personal information for marketing purposes via ***** The business has continued harassing me by continuing to use my information for these purposes including attempting to construe the origin of their marketing material by hiding it behind other businesses names (**************).The business has used their legal council in an attempt to intimidate and strongarm me into allowing them to continue the use of my personal information (for financial gain) for the purposes listed above.I am not and have never been a consenting consumer or client of Valpak and feel that I have allowed sufficient time for this request to be processed. Despite these requests, two additional mailers were received (05Jul2024 and 24Jul2024) at one of the addresses provided to Valpak in the initial cease and desist notice furnished to ****** and **************** firm as well as the head of marketing (**************) in April.

              We found a valpak coupon for air duct cleaning $99. Actually the work ranges between $150- $199. We thought it was a deal. When the vendor came to the house, they won't do that work. They will only do the work as a combo which would be around $300.They also opened the lid of the inner unit and began the scare tactics about mold .Thy will do the duct cleaning along with mold treatment for $300. You can get the same work done at the same price from the same vendor. Its actually a kind of cheating to pay $99 for a $199 work. So the vendor was preplanned that they would never do that $99 only work but as a combo.
