      Business has continued using my personal information for unauthorized and unsolicited marketing purposes despite requests dating back to 01Nov2023. Contact has been made dozens of times requesting that they immediately halt all use of my personal information for marketing purposes via ***** The business has continued harassing me by continuing to use my information for these purposes including attempting to construe the origin of their marketing material by hiding it behind other businesses names (**************).The business has used their legal council in an attempt to intimidate and strongarm me into allowing them to continue the use of my personal information (for financial gain) for the purposes listed above.I am not and have never been a consenting consumer or client of Valpak and feel that I have allowed sufficient time for this request to be processed. Despite these requests, two additional mailers were received (05Jul2024 and 24Jul2024) at one of the addresses provided to Valpak in the initial cease and desist notice furnished to ****** and **************** firm as well as the head of marketing (**************) in April.

      No matter what you do this company will never stop sending you their garbage I have been trying for over 5 years now I have documented 35 phone calls where they say my address has been removed and I have filled out the online form ************************************* my mail. Your copied and pasted response will not satisfy me the only thing that will satisfy me is if you stop sending me your garbage

      Ive unsubscribed from Valpak direct mailings in the past and now Ive started getting them all over again. When I try to unsubscribe AGAIN online, the website wont let me fill in a state thus holding me hostage. This is illegal on so many levels.

      My big issue here is that I already unsubscribed from these mailings about a year ago and you have started spamming me again. The unsubscribe request is supposed to be valid for three years, which is c*** to begin with, but if that is the case, why am I getting spammed again less than one year later?

      I am filing a complaint because I have repeatedly asked to be removed from Valpak's mailing list. This often works for a time and then my address gets re-added. I should not have to make the request over and over again.I keep logs of my removal requests for all companies and contacted Valpak on these dates:3/21/04 4/16/19 7/30/19 9/3/21 I am now receiving regular mailings yet again. It seems possible that Valpak is respecting the request only for 2 years now, but I am not sure.REMOVE ME PERMANENTLY FROM THE MAILING LIST.

      I have asked Valpak, using the online form at its website, to stop sending me mail, yet they continue to send me their unsolicited and unwanted mail. I asked them to stop sending me mail on 10/23/23, over 5 weeks ago, yet they just sent me more mail just a few days ago.

      I have documented over 20 phone calls asking to be removed from their mailing list over the last 5 years I still receive this junk mail on a regular basis. I have been reassured over and over again by this company that they will not send me any more junk but here we are again. Your copy and paste response will not satisfy me I will only be satisfied when you stop sending this garbage to my house.

      This company buys and sells our data so they can kill as many trees as possible by spamming our mailboxes and clogging up our mail system. It must be stopped. Unsubscribing never works because they can always put current resident on the label and say its not addressed to you. It must be stopped! We as a society must put an end to companies that do such great harm to our environment!

      ***************************** of ********* ******************************************* ************) enthusiastically sold her services to my team while attending our clinic as a patient. We have received no new accounts, no calls, ZERO leads. She promised that the mailing would go out in several upper and high income zip codes including our own and our home receives valpak and should be in the target financial range. We received no mailer, none of our neighbors received our mailer and none of the employees that live in the zip codes have received mailers. I believe that this business is fraudulent and may or may not have even sent the mailers.

      I am rejecting this response because: *********** has not satisfactorily resolved this complaint and the Founder and laser vision coordinator have forwarded theircorrespondence with Valpak and asked me to assist in resolution. ***************************** verbally promised to provide proof of mailing and her supervisor's contact info on June 2, 2023. No information has been provided. Additional reminder to ************** was sent June 5, 2023 with no response. **************' response to all complaints has been "I don't own the company!"
