1 starI ordered ****** points toward gift cards. It says up to 6-weeks to be delivered. After 6-weeks my transaction shows in archived "ordered" with no ship date. I called after the 6-weeks and they "escalated" and to contact them after 7 days. I contacted them after the 7 days and they filled some paperwork and escalated AGAIN. Still waiting to call back again.Review fromDustin L

1 starI’ve been using scorecardrewards for years. I decided to spend 40,000 on a beatz audio headset. After two weeks I wondered where it went, I contacted them and they sent me a tracking number. It had been delivered to the wrong house. They then send me an email basically claiming I selected the wrong address and since ups delivered it they wouldn’t be giving me a refund of my points or a new product. So I had all those points saved from years wasted because THEY chose to use ups, THEY SELECTED SAID CARRIER and then they refuse to reimburse me for anything it.Review fromJESSIE H

1 starThis business should not be allowed to continue to operate. I had attained ****** points, and I had decided that after a few years my all-clad slow cooker was not as efficient as it once had been. I reviewed the Green Life slow cooker among the list of awards and decided to order this with my ****** points. The reviews FOR THIS SLOW COOKER were quite exemplary. When I received it, I kept it in one of my kitchen cabinets for some time. I guess it must have been over a month as this was their reason for rejecting a return. (Untouched, unused, and the electric cord still wrapped) I had acquired a defective product as my roast had been on for five hours, and the result was everything was cold and had not even heated. The LED lights were on as indication that this worked, but the heat element was ******* short, a woman said the manager could not accept products after a month. This was exclaimed in less than a minute. I called the Green Life Customer **********************, and needless to say, they were astounded by this business ethics on their part. I was given their email address and all I need to do is expound on the roast and the trimmings not even remotely warm. As well, I take a picture of the Green Life Cooker, and she said a new one would arrive at my home. In essence, there seemed to be a concern that this tarnished their product in some way as she stated she was happy that I had gone a step beyond. This Awards Headquarters is unprofessional and very much a scam. I do not intend to use the awards that I accumulate, even if I were to earn over a million. Reading all these reports about people being "taken" is rather startling to say the least.I am very busy spreading the word to as many colleagues as I can to NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT ORDERING ANYTHING FROM AWARDS HEADQUARTERS.Review fromMariah J

Absolutely horrible. Had points that we were told would expired today. Tried to redeem them in the morning and couldn't get the redemption to go through and when we tried again later in the day, all of the points were gone. Called customer ********************** and that there was an adjustment to our points, but no reason why and that it must have been something we did. Asked multiple time to speak to a manager and was told no every time. What a scam to be told points can be used and then they just disappear.ScoreCard Award Headquarters

We see that the points were removed by the issuer of the card ****** ***. We did explain to Ms. ******* that she would have to call them directly, as it is their financial institution's program and they determined to cancel and remove the points.Review fromKevin K

Award Headquarters is a total rip off. We had hotel reservations that were supposedly paid for with our points when we got there we had to pay as much as if we wouldve booked it on our own. Also, they ripped us off on an excursion scam I charge you the same amount as if you couldve booked it yourself so you lose your points and your moneyScoreCard Award Headquarters

Hello! I did a name search and I couldn't locate an account with your name with any travel redemptions booked on our rewards program. We checked with our travel center too and they also show no record of travel being booked under the name from this posting. We would be happy to assist further, if you contact customer service and provide more information to help us research.Review fromAngela R

ScoreCard is a scam. Not only do they prompt you to use your points in a manner that gives you the least value, but they also change your points on a whim. I had been monitoring my points closely, as I was at ***** and ready to cash them in once I hit ******. The next time I logged in I was at ***** points with no history on any being redeemed. This "company" should be shut down. They are thieves.ScoreCard Award Headquarters

We see that you redeemed 2,000 points at Walgreen's at the point of sale for a discount on June 29th. This is why your points went down by 2,000 points. If you have further questions, please contact customer service for assistance. Have a nice day!Review fromJeniene M

Wouldnt take my password no matter how many times I tried to fix it - on hold for what felt like a day. Still not able to get through. This seems to be a huge scam to prevent you from using your points.ScoreCard Award Headquarters

I visited a ** station to buy drinks and was prompted for a 50 cents discount that did not mention anything about ScoreCard Rewards points. I visited the station 4 times and accepted the 50-cent discount on a $4.00 purchase. Next, I notice **** points redeemed on the ScoreCards Rewards account. I talked with my ************ and Score Cards. It seems they both perceived that the discount should have only prompted at the pump, and only been for a gas purchase at 50 cents off per gallon. That is not what happened and there's nothing they can do to help me. So I decided I'm way too stupid to avoid the potential of grifting. I've stopped using that card and as soon as it's paid off I'm moving on from ScoreCard and the ************ that offered it.ScoreCard Award Headquarters
