I signed up with Xqtraders platform on January 27th 2022 and I was making a daily profit and even withdrew some funds. However the website is no longer accessible since October 3rd 2022 and I tried to contact support via telephone and no one answers and I left a voicemail and no one responded. However I contacted support via whatsapp chat and they said the website was moved to different server due to the issue on the original host. I was asked to pay a %20 percent caution fees of my balance to access the new dashboard, so I only paid $13 USD dollars and they said they will migrate the data to new server within 48 hours but now it is almost four weeks I did not hear from them.Initial Complaint

On June 29 2022 I sent a bitcoin for 0.00369408 to this address: ********************************** And on July X XXXX I sent 0.2538 LTC to ******************************************* However I did not receive the payment on Xqtraders platform nor the confirmation email until now. The same thing happened a month ago, on May 31/2022 I sent a bitcoin for 0.00165445 BTC on this address: ********************************** and 0.0003127 BTC on this address: ********************************** and it took a day to receive it on the Xqtraders platform. A months ago when I buy and send bitcoin I always get fund deposit email and payment confirmation. On the transaction history I don't see the transaction date for May 31/2022 and June 30 2022. I don't know what is wrong and it is frustrating.Business response

It's suppose to be an investment business. I am trying to withdrawal a small amount and it keeps saying wait for previous withdrawal to not be pending. It's been months and I can't get ahold of anyone via email or phone
