      Purchased six items from Agelyss on August 27th and paid for next day delivery. I was not sent tracking info as promised and items arrived Aug. 31st. As part of order, I ordered 3 bottles of the ********** Remover ($79/each), instead I was sent 3 bottles of Eye Cream ($59/each) which I DID NOT order. I immediately contacted the company via their support line and NO ANSWER. I sent them an email on September 1, 2023 demanding correction to my order and it is now September 6th and I still have not heard anything from them! I have tried repeatedly to call their customer support line and THERE IS NO ANSWER, then after 5 minutes it just hangs up! I have asked via email for them to send me a return label and to send me the correct product, as well as refund the $32.95 I paid for next day shipping - and they have not even responded. I don't know about their products, but their customer support is NON-EXISTENT!!! I recommend EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! At this point, after all this trouble, I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR THEIR PRODUCT AND WANT A COMPLETE REFUND OF THE $315.10 I PAID! If they want their product back, which has been unopened and unused, then Agelyss can send me a return label and I will be glad to return it.P.S.: My order # was *****************

      I am sorry for your experience. 


      I have reviewed your case and unfortunately, we do not have any email correspondence from you. You stated you contacted us quite a few times. Perhaps you used a different email as I do not see any correspondence under the email we have on file? In addition, our customer support via phone is available from 8 am - 8 pm (EST).  This is concerning and we are looking into this to this further to see how we might have missed your inquiries.


      Regarding your order, we do not have the option for "Next Day Delivery." I see you paid for "2nd Day Air" which would have shipped on Monday (We do not ship on weekends) and normally you would receive your order within 2 days, however, I see, because of the amount, that there was a delay in shipment due to a fraud-check review (orders exceeding a certain amount undergo a review which can cause a delay in shipment).  I understand the frustration that this will cause and of course, we have refunded the shipping cost of $32.95. 


      I will email you directly with the return instructions should you want to return the product for a full refund. Please check the email we have on file for you and check your spam folder if you do not find our email. If you do not see it there, please contact us via our phone number on our website.


      Again, I am sorry for your experience as this is not a reflection of how we take care of our customers.

      Purchase the lip plumper from Agelyss on 3/30/22. After product arrived tried it for a couple of week with no results. Sent email to company and was told it was not a miracle item, to keep using it. Used it for over a month now and still no results. Have sent 2 emails requesting to return to get a refund. Crickets. This company does not honor it's 365 return guarantee.

      Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/05/27) */ This is a verbal reply taken by BBB: Customer was was refunded 25th of May for $24.30, they did return the item to receive refund under money back guarantee. Consumer Response /* (2000, 9, 2022/05/27) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) This business did issue me a refund after filing a claim with paypal. They had not chose at this point. They claimed they reached out to me regarding a return and process, that is not true. I only got refund for product and not shipping. I get to keep the product which is a very overpriced lip gloss. Do not buy this product as it does not work and you will be out money. Research complaints on any company that offers such a great guarantee as in some cases if it sounds too good to be true, then it's not true.

      This company offers a 365 day guarantee on skin care products. I bought skin care products @ $89.00 December 13, 2021 and returned the items April 12, 2022 (USPS receipt and Tracking document attached) I have called this company numerous times as to why I had not received the $89.00 credit and I have yet to receive it.

      I am sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience. 

      I see that because of an issue with the credit card used in the transaction, we were unable to process a refund back to that credit card, however, we were able to proceed with the refund by issuing a check. According to the tracking details, we see it was delivered and we have confirmation that it was received.  

      As per our policy, we always honor our 365-day refund policy, with no questions asked.

      Again, we apologize for your experience. We will strive to do better.
