I purchased 3 of the Lash and Brow Enhancer for a total of $98.00. The product did not work at all and did absolutely nothing that it was advertised to do. I have tried to contact them 3 times by the send a message option on their web site with no response at all. I have sent 3 separate e-mails to customer support with no response. the phone number listed no one ever answers and it auto disconnects after a set time. So much for their money back guarantee, if you can't talk to anyone or get instructions to return it because they don't respond to you. Which is by design, so you run out the clock.I highly recommend no one waste a dime on anything this company offers. Stay away from them they have no customer support at all. I think the ********************** should shut these folks down.Agelyss

You will be very disappointed if you want to give Agelyss' products a try and thinking if it doesn't work, you can get refund since it promises 365-Day risk free money back guarantee. I bought three products and use them in the morning and evening for two months but see no improvements at all. So I filled out their online form to request refund, it has been 2 weeks I received no response. They offer refund but don't tell you how to get refund. Agelyss' promotional materials are excellent and the 365-Day money back guarantee is exceptional, but they don't stand behind their products and their refund policy. When you need help, you can't reach them. Please don't make the same mistakes as I did, go to other reputable companies for your skin care products.Agelyss

I bought the 3 bottles of anti-wrinkle cream and it made no difference at all. I did take before and after pictures just to see for my self. And nothing.. I also have to say that if U look at the bottles offered, it looks like there is a significant amount in each bottle, when in fact, the container from the bottom to the edge of the cap is completely empty. U only get maybe 1/4th of the product for the size of the container. I know it says 1 OZ. on the label, and maybe it's in there, but very misleading. I will never buy any more of these products.Agelyss

I am greatly disappointed in the Agelyss Eye Cream. It didn't help at all. I have contacted Agelyss at least twice, they haven't responded. Advised they had a money back guarantee, I have yet to experience that. The product was sent out on 3/18/24 and I received on 4/10/24. I was pleased to order and receive my items quickly however, for close to $80 for the 3 bottles, I've used it as indicated for over a week and have seen nothing. I understand that it may take more time. I am disappointed in the deceptive packaging though--- the 'bottle/container' looks like it has a lot of product when, in reality, it only has 1 ounce of lotion in it and ran out very quickly.Agelyss

I just placed an order for the Age & Dark Spot Remover with REGU-FADE. I wish I would have read the reviews before placing my order. It seems that there are more negative than positive reviews, but the negatives are mostly about the customer service of the company and shipping issues of the products, rather than the products themselves. Prior to ordering, I did reach out via email with a question regarding shipping fees (I was in the process of placing an order a few weeks prior, but website added shipping charges even though my order was well over the $79 threshold for free shipping - because of this, I did not order at the time). I never received a response to my email. This was a bit concerning to me as customer service these days, is at the center of most conversations and pretty much non-existent. I will be reviewing again once I receive my order, use the product for a week or two (does it really work???) and at that time express my feelings about my experience with Agelyss. I truly hope that I can post a positive review of this company. I am a loyal customer if I am satisfied with my purchase, the customer service and I truly love the product.Agelyss
