I have consigned many items with Retreat. . In the contract, there is 90 days to sell the items. They have automatically reconsigned my items after the 90 days,. When the items sell, they give me my share -50%. They have never said they were changing that process. When an item is expiring it comes up on an electronic dashboard that it is ready to be picked up.In October/ November 2023 I saw their employee wearing a pair of my (Kanna) shoes for which I had not been paid. In March 2024 (around 3/13) I asked where my pink Valentino sandals were. I was told that they sold. I told the employee I had not been paid for them. She then said that they were around the store. I returned on approximately 3/19-3/20. I asked again for the Valentinos and I told them about the employee wearing my shoes without my getting paid. They then said the Valentinos sold beyond the 90 day period as did the Kanna shoes but that I would be paid for both & they did issue a check. I then asked for 3 of my items: 1) a pink pair of Aquazurra booties that came up on my dashboard as needing to be picked up, meaning they acknowledged it was in their system & had just expired ; 2) an orange pair of Marni thong sandals and 3) a heavy silver necklace with a ******************* coin that I bought about 20 years ago at an art show & for which I paid $600-800, that I dropped off to be consigned in February 2024, for which I have the signed contract. I returned on 3/26-3/27 approx, I asked again for the 3 items above & was told they were in storage but would be returned to me. I returned approx. 4/2-4/3 and asked for the above items & was told they were in storage but would be returned. I returned on 4/8-4/10 approx. & was told my above 3 items & many more of my items were piled up in a corner of a storage unit & would be returned. I called on 4/16 & was told the 3 items above were lost & could not be found, & I would be paid. But I have not been paid, nor have the items been returned.
