My experience dealing with *************************** was extremely upsetting and very unsatisfactory to say the least. She is very unprofessional and harassed me by text while I was at work. As a senior citizen this actually made me physically ill and I had to take time off from work.I have lived in an apartment for 5 years and the owner decided to sell and asked if I wanted to buy it, I said yes. It was not listed at all. ******* was recommended to do the translating for the seller as he only speaks Spanish.When the closing date came ******* tried to get me to sign what she called 'some documents needed for closing' Her exact words: "Good day ******. Kindly review and sign asap the attached documents for office compliance in preparation for closing. Thank you! Let us know if you have questions. "It turned out that she was trying to trick me into signing a LISTING doc that was charging me ******* for 'listing' by a company called Dalton Wade for a property that was NEVER listed. Closing statement is attached showing the ******* that she tried to get me to pay. SHE LIED Lying on a legal document is fraud. Taking something for nothing is theft.Definition of the word thief: someone who takes something for nothing. ******* was only on this deal to translate for the seller. When she talked to me she specifically told me that I would not have to pay her any money and that she was being paid by the seller.She charged me ****** listed on the closing docs under "MISCELLANEOUS" Dalton Wade (a company I never heard of with the doc saying 'thank you for choosing Dalton Wade, I never chose it for anything)Taking something for nothing is theft, it's illegal. She kept harassing me and saying that the seller was going to sell to another buyer that he had waiting and that I would lose my deposit.There was no other buyer and her last email just before closing said that the seller wanted to list it on the market proving that there had never been another buyer.SHE LIED
