I purchased a product from HSN 'Miracle Smile by ******************** this product is a flosser (Miracle Smile Deluxe Pro Water Flosser) I find out today that this company has over 161 complaints from some of their customers regarding bad products. My product was returned to this location ************************************************************** where it has been sitting for over a month now. HSN told me that when the product comes in this company will notify them (HSN) that the product was there. Well its still sitting there. I'm stuck because I loss the tracking number and there's nothing I nor HSN can do, what about calling the company to see why they haven't been notified. I don't know how to get my refund. Why is HSN selling their products??? shouldn't they know better?Review from Asma A

HSN sent a wrong size which they replaced. They sent a confusing label with both USPS and UPS. UPS stores get confused to USPS. In this confusion the UPS store sent it via USPS. They refuse that they never got it. I got fed up of contacting and complaining how confusing their label is and the hard time I had to send the item back. They re-charged my credit card despite my telling them I have shipped it back at least six times. I asked them for a separate UPS label that they never sent. I had a horrible experience due to their mistake. Not helpful. Poor system. Bad customer service. Like other reviews are greedy on money and have ways to charge multiple times without your consent. I have been a long-time customer; I returned an item and received a late bill of $5.66 and customer service said I am obligated to pay. What a disgrace, Goodbye HSN. You just lost a very loyal customer. ****** ** *******Review from Marilyn P

I purchased a few products, they arrived very timely. Bag had a slit and was opened. One of the small products was missing. I assume fell out somewhere along the delivery process. I immediately phoned HSN. Customer service sent out a new package. Took a few days to receive. All was great! UNTIL. HSN began badgering me with emails advising I needed to sent the 'old' product I did not receive back to them. I WAS MISSING THE PRODUCT..NOTHING TO SEND BACK!! I replied that the product was missing upon initial delivery. STILL received emails and finally a letter in the mail. I do believe they were going to charge my credit card for the product I NEVER RECEIVED! I called, spoke to someone at HSN yesterday, All was good. TODAY, I received an email, thanking me for sending the product back. ??? In today's computer world, there's not a field that says, PRODUCT WAS LOST IN DELIVERY! I certainly hope this is over. I would think twice about ordering from HSN again. (And they have some great deals!).Review from Marian G

Place order (April) 2 to 3 weeks ago and was told it would shipped on June 17th. On the 17th of June I get notice that my order has been cancelled. No reason or explanation. How you going to wait until the day it suppose to ship to cancel. I am very ****** could have went to someone else and brought what I needed.Review from Carole T

I never received my order and the wrong address was used twice even though I told the employee it was wrong. They wouldn't give me a refund and said I'd have to dispute the charge with my bank. Their fault entirely.Review from Nancy G

Terrible, terrible terrible company. Ive done business and ordered many things from HSN, but never again. I ordered several of the same item and it was not what was represented. I tried to return them, but was told that it was an outside vendor, and there was no Way to ship back without paying more than what I had spent on the original items HSN has turned into a complete scam, shop Amazon!Review from Daniella S

Did two events with them, the first one I barely got what I paid for but at the effect no representation was there ( March) at a Tulsa car show. The event was booked for two hours longer then the show and most vendors cleared out, no one who stayed got sales in the last two hours. Additionally the location hosts asked us not to stay after the event. I thought it was a typo and figured next time it will be correct. But I was very frustrated that I paid for indoor and electric but found out the person next to me paid for neither but still got the VIP spot. The second one in April, at the same location and same things happened. This time I didn't even get the advertisement o paid for. Again no only from the network showed up and some vendors showed up not on the list (some admit to not Even paying because they know they didn't have to since OSN never shows up to check) and they got VIP spots ($200 cost!!!) for free. I asked for the advertising fee back and was denied. I asked to be advertised before the event and was not. I just want my money back for the extras that I paid for but didn't get. But they refuse. Don't work with them, they are a huge scam.

I really don't need to say much... their 1 star rating says it all. Their lackluster customer service and egregious handling of their business is grossly disgusting. My wife order a product from them online and within 3 minutes they canceled her order and did not tell her why. But that's not why I'm here writing this review. HSN took her money of 139 dollars and will not reverse the transaction rather they are letting it time out which takes almost 2 weeks. My wife has never ordered from HSN and has no history with them. It is disturbing what they are doing. Upon investigating this I found that this is normal practice for HSN. They should be held accountable for this.... Everyone reading this I recommend you do not order from HSN rather go to JVC or SHOPHQ. Save yourself the anger and headache we have had to deal with..
