            I bought a 2022 Slingshot from Polaris in Sanford from Sky Powersports in Dec 3,2001 located at 3710 W .1st st Sanford ,FL 32778. When I Brought the car in for the second service they noticed the rear seal in the rear gear case was leaking around the drive shift so I then brought it back the next week to have the seal replaced because it's under warranty and thought it would be a simple fix and now they said that the rear gear case was no good .There was nothing wrong with it when I brought it there. Now they say I cannot drive it at all and it is not under warranty. The vehicle has only 4,500 miles on it. I had to bring it home and as I was driving it makes a loud noise. I do not have a vehicle to drive at all now and still owe $21,000 on it . I have hardly driven it or gotten use of it.

            They mounted my tires two months ago. I had a valve stem failure on my front tire of my GSXR 1000 that almost costed me my life due to their negligence and leaving a dry rotted valve stem. I have tried to call the service manager on Monday he was off on Tuesday I waited around and called multiple times never heard back. They gave me the story that the shop was slammed. The only question I had was were they going to cover the valve stem and the tire that was damaged. I was willing to bring them the bike from Daytona on a trailer so they knew the condition of the rear tire that was bought at the same time so they knew the integrity behind what I was telling them happened. I know things do happen so I gave them the benefit of the doubt I understand people get understaffed and busy but there were multiple people standing around for the 2 hours they took mounting my tires. Not that I wanna tell Anyone what they should require out of their workers just stating I should have received a call and I feel they should stand behind their mistake if they are truly a shop that delivers quality and customer service
