Yesterday ***********************, the used car manager at Seminole Chevrolet/Toyota posted on ******** advertising a 2024 Corvette ZO6 allocation availability. After calling ***************** and emailing him my build sheet for the car I wanted to order and my trade in info, we settled on the specifics of the build and moved on to entering the order into the ** ordering system. After entering the order ***************** asks, do we need to talk about a trade? I replied yes. ***************** and I were $5,000 off on my trade-in but he wasn't willing to move a ***** so I asked for a few minutes to think about it and I'd call him right back. He says, yes it's a gentleman's agreement so if you choose not to don't worry no big deal. After thinking it over for a few minutes I immediately sent him a text stating that I did want to move forward but please remove one of the options he had sold me on to reduce the price down approximately $5,000. I never heard back so I sent another text again to no reply. I then called his phone number and went to voicemail. I left him a voicemail and waited 30 minutes. No call back. I wait a little bit longer and then call his cell phone again only this time he answers and hangs up. Then sends me a text saying that my aggression during the trade-in conversation was unnecessary and he turned around and sold the allocation out from underneath me and "it was ok if I was pissed" This after we had come to a deal hours into this transaction. I had gone so far as to thank him in my email about my trade-in and the build sheet saying that I had recently had lost a very dear family member(Mom) and the fact that he had brought some positivity into my life was something that I couldn't thank him enough for. 2 hours later he does this?? *********************** of Seminole Chevrolet is the typical car salesman, a snake and untrustworthy . Do not take his word. He said we specifically had a gentleman's deal and turned right around immediately and sold the car out from underneath me.

On October 21, 2023, we started calling the service department to get more information since the side airbag of our truck deployed running while we were on our way to a baseball game. After calling more than 10 times, calling the sales department to get someone (Greg) on the phone, sending a message via multiple chats, and calling another dealer, we finally got in touch with the service department. Finally, we could speak with Dominick on Wednesday( Oct 25, 2023). We coordinated and even let him know the truck will be delivered on Thursday. Around 3:30 pm the truck was delivered on Thursday(Oct, 26 2023) no courtesy call. I arrived at the dealer on Thursday night wondering about future steps. Dominick was not there (he didn't even tell me in our phone call that he would not be). Unfortunately, even though the truck was delivered around 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, no one could let me know where the truck was. I left the dealer with just a presentation card, hoping someone would call me the next day.I did receive a call from Dominick on Friday ( oct 27,2023) to let me know that the truck was there and someone would take a look that evening or Saturday (oct 28,2023). I received a call on Saturday from Dominic advising that since the truck was lifted, the repair will be 6k approx. Nothing was mentioned about the recall of the front airbag. No more details were provided, no apologies for the delay, and no caring values or asking if we were okay or needed anything. He questions why the truck doesn't have a rug and why the truck has so much sand. I told him to send over the quote and all those statements in writing so we can decide on future steps. He advised he would send it on Tuesday (October 31,2023) We proceeded to go to the dealer on Monday (Oct 30.2023) since we needed a car and an answer after more than a week of this issue. The car insurance advising was the dealer's responsibility, and the dealer was not accurate as well Second Part on the next post

When I spoke to Eric over the phone for the issue initially, I told him I had MPP extended warranty after my recent purchase of the vehicle. When I dropped the vehicle off, I reminded him of the extended warranty and that I was coming here specifically to use the extended warranty that I had purchased. And he told me they were a couple days behind, I asked if I should just take the car with me and come back when they were ready. No, it was fine. So my car sat at the shop for two days, to be told AFTER they already did the initial work to diagnose the code that it wasn’t covered under the warranty because during the call to confirm the problem, Eric said to me that there was no warranty on file and it took him calling me back once he finally called over to Seminole Toyota to confirm the warranty that the service wasn’t covered. So had to pay over $200 to confirm the service wasn’t even covered. I’ve bought all my vehicles for the last 10 years from either the Seminole or Chevrolet sides and after this experience I’m never recommending anyone to come here.

Dear Ronnie ******** and Shannon Ashford I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of your employees, Jason, at Seminole Chevrolet. I recently had an unfortunate experience that has left me deeply disappointed and inconvenienced. On June 23rd salesperson sent me a picture of a vehicle I could purchase and then I received a call from Jason confirming all the numbers to purchase a vehicle. He assured me that if I came into the dealership that evening, the truck I intended to purchase would be ready for me. I promptly cleaned out my current vehicle and even canceled plans I had made with my family to attend a birthday dinner. With the utmost trust in Jason's words, I made a commitment to visit the dealership that night. However, to my great dismay, I received a call shortly afterward informing me that the vehicle had been sold. This sudden change of events not only shattered my expectations but also caused significant inconvenience and disappointment. In light of this situation, I immediately reached out to Jason to express my dissatisfaction and seek a resolution. Regrettably, his response was dismissive and unsympathetic. He simply brushed off my concerns, stating that "things happen" and that I was out of luck. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is deeply troubling. I have been left with a sense of frustration and inconvenience, as well as a significant disruption to my plans. I trust that Seminole Chevrolet values its customers and strives for excellent service, which is why I am bringing this issue to your attention. I hope that this incident can be resolved amicably and serve as an opportunity for Seminole Chevrolet to reaffirm its commitment to customer satisfaction. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter. I never heard back from ******** on this matter and Shannon let me know that this does happen every now and then.
