    I purchased this product for $99 on December 11, 2022. Once I received the product I realized that it did not meet my needs. I tried contacting them to ask questions regarding the software and got an instant reply that said they would get back to me in 24 hours. They never responded. On their website it clearly states that if not satisfied I would be given a full refund if I contacted them within 30 days. I contacted them on December 22 and requested a refund. No response. I contacted them numerous times over the next two weeks requesting the refund and they never responded.

    I thought that this Simpleplanning software was going to be "simple" to use. I am an older person, and am not very sophisticated in the use of computers. I was unable to even download the software. Due to my lack of savvy I have decided that this product was never going to work for me, especially since there is to "live" tech support to "walk me through the process" as other software companies do. I want my money back, credited back to my Visa Credit Card.

    I purchased an accounting software for use with Excel from this company and in my opinion it doesn't meet the description advertised by the company. I took their opportunity to review the program with the option to receive a full money back guarantee. I sent an email well within the time frame of the guarantee and got a confirmation email saying they'd contact me within 24 hours, but it's been 3 weeks and no response, and no money back. They did give two links to customer service specific sites that I tried and they didn't work. The links apparently are bad.
