    I was looking for an accounting program to set up a not-for-profit company I am the treasurer for, and I upon this company. I purchased the product on Jan 20/25, which I received an email sharing the link in order to download the product. Over the next couple days, I quickly realized it was not as simple as they stated to get it up an running, but wasn't sure if I could get a refund. On Jan 22/25, I received an email explaining their 30 day return policy; therefore, I emailed that same day to request a refund, receiving an automated response saying they will respond within 24hrs. I did not receive a response in that timeframe. I emailed again on Jan 25/25, with no automated response this time. I received a separate email from their admin department stating that my "document management account" has been created, which I had no idea what this meant. I then sent another email to their support and admin emails asking for a refund, again, with no automated response. I have retained the emails and the payment made $149.43CDN. Interestingly, when you ****** them, they do not provide a phone number for their company. This is what they state: "Phone Support: In order to keep our planner at a reasonable price, we are unable to provide phone support. Rest assured, we will answer your email in a timely manner (expect less than 24 hours)."

    I purchased the Simple Accounting Premium 2023 edition last year. Within a week, I realized there were some errors with the payroll tab. I reached out for help and received no response, noting that I would seek a refund if we cannot reconcile. No response. I have emailed every available email address found on the website, with ZERO response. The product has great potential, I just wish it was supported in the slightest bit. In the least, give me the password to unprotect the sheet so I can tailor it for my needs.

    On Jan 13, 2024 I bought a program for $39.95 on simpleplanning.com. I could not get it to work on my hp chromebook so i asked for a refund, which their website says they provide if unsatisfied. They would not respond to my emails asking for help with the program or asking for a refund.

    Fraud! The company promises a 30 day money back guarantee but they will not respond. The three email addresses they list and phone number are dummy accounts. The complaints on BBB are only a fraction of real complaints because most people don't take the time for $99. Just because they created an app that sometimes works doesn't mean they aren't a fraudulent company. And since there's no way to get ahold of them they clearly lied about the money back guarantee. Are they stealing personal information, too?

    I purchased the Premium package on 12-10-23. I am unable to download my bank information like they state you can. The program does not format properly. I emailed their support link and it does not go through. They are unresponsive. They offer a money back guarantee but you can't get anyone to answer you.

    Recently paid "Simpleplanning.com" $35.99 for household budget planning system/software. [I am quite experienced with and knowledgeable about computers/software, et cetera.] I could not get the program to work properly in spite of several hours over two days of trying. Since it did not work as advertised, I requested a refund [which is an option] several times via email over the last week and got only one reply which stated that the company "received" my email [request for refund] and will reply soon. Today I "had to" have my bank complete a "dispute" form/statement. It is obvious that this company scams people. I, too late, searched for and read many reviews relative to this company and ALL were poor -- *************** is unresponsive, does not provide refunds as required and most of all their product does not function as advertised and "expected". Stay away from this SCAM company. Don't waste your precious time and money.

    23 Jul 2023 Followed a lead in fb for Simple where they offered to explain the correlation between a long ring finger and weight loss or gain. They require an on line ********** dutifully completed it, wasting my time, only to.find a request for a subscription to their weight loss service, nothing about the ring finger. If they can't keep this promise we, ehy should I trust them to keep any other promises?

    I had contacted the company as I had an older version of the "simple-accounting_premium" product. On my current product, when "reconciling" the drop down menu only list "reconciliation options" for 2018-2020. I sent them an email regarding this. No response. As I need the software, on a leap of faith, I ordered the "2023' version as advertised. The software has NOT been updated. "Reconciliation" drop down still says 2018-2020. Do NOT purchase.

    This product did not work for my business. It says there is a money back guarantee but I have emailed several times with no reply. Company will not respond to anything.
