SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM Firstly, they get you by telling you the 50$ deposit you get back when you get the sales pitch. Yes, you get the 50& back. However, when you read the fine print on the back of the voucher you have to send in, they are getting that 50$ right back. Not to mention they are going to charge you the entire amount of taxes for your 4 day, 3 night stay that you would have paid if you were to book the room yourself on the website. Ultimately, real low lifes but hey gotta make money somehow. Its totally not worth it. Hilton Grand vacation is a wayyyyy better choice to travel with for promotions. No BS, you get your initial coat back, no taxes charges. Go ******!!!

What a disappointing experience in humanity. We got flagged down at a concert to sign up for a Wyndham rewards program sales pitch, and in reward for going to that session we were offered a promotional travel voucher for a 2 night/3 day stay at one of their resorts. Per the fine detail of the voucher, it was worth $150-250. We were very frustrated by how we were treated at the session. It was out of our budget so we kindly declined the offer after being lectured to, so they sent up a new employee. We declined again, so they sent a new person. And on and on. After leaving, we tried redeeming the voucher from Grand Incentives. I never received a response after mailing it in, so I emailed the help desk. They sent me a new form saying they never received the first request. Then after sending it in a second time, I got an email saying the form had a mistake and I needed to resend. I resent for a third time. This time it went through and I got a call to book our trip. The employee told me I would owe taxes and a booking fee if I wanted to secure our date. When I questioned the employee about the cost, there was no discount applied as the voucher stated, being worth $150-250. Furthermore, via a quick ****** I found the taxes were the exact same amount as the booking price directly on the hotel website. Therefore, we declined. When you read this Wyndham and Grand Incentives employees, your mother raised you better.

Grand Incentives Inc is a scam. I've sent in three separate possible "dates" and all I got were phone calls offering me hotels that I could've booked myself for less money than the "fees and taxes" they said they would charge. And the hotels were cheap "inns" - not the nicer hotels in the area. Otherwise "my requested dates were not available" and my requested dates were far from "peak times". Personally, I blame Wyndham for giving us "free" offers from Grand Incentives as well as after plopping down big bucks for their "travel points" - which, by the way, gave us less than prime Wyndham properties to choose from. My advice - stay away from both.

Just got back from a wonderful vacation in ****** with my husband staying at Vidanta Resorts, what an amazing place. We received this 7-night vacation as an incentive for purchasing our ********************* membership. I have already gotten a full return on my investment with this vacation and look forward to enjoying many more trips with my travel membership.

This is a scam. Given a voucher for 2 nights 3 days free with $50 refundable deposit. Pay taxes $36-$56. Went to make reservation they tried to charge me $550. Said it was taxes and fees. Asked wheres my free nights and was told the hotel is free but the $550 was taxes and fees. The hotel site would have charged me $530 for the same reservation. They said I was receiving upgrades but wouldnt say what was the upgrades. Said it was almost a 4 star hotel but website shows 2 stars and it was comfort inn. I told them just give me my refund which I received.

These people are the worst. I planned for a vacation for a 3 day, 2 night stay for anywhere in the **. I filled out all proper paperwork and sent in a $50 Refundable deposit. I did this in May 2023 and my vacation was for July 1-3. I never heard from them although theyre trying to tell me they called me but there was no answer, when I clearly have voicemail and have had the same number for 15 years. They claim they left a voicemail which they didnt. I check messages and I also have visual voicemail. They claimed you would be notified 30 days prior to your scheduled vacation date, nothing happened. I had to call around and everytime you call their customer service number @some customer service, the line always hangs up after listening to a message about how great they are. I sent a chat message, still no response. Now mind you its nearing the end of June. Finally, I remembered pinning another number from a text message someone contacted me from. I sent a message regarding my displeasure with their company and requested my deposit back seeming as now its too late to plan for a trip. Finally, someone contacted me back and now they want to tell me they dont schedule vacations for the holiday weekend. If thats the case then why wasnt the dates I selected blacked out they werent. They asked me how I wanted my refund sent either to my checking account or via mail. They claimed they would expedite a check for my deposit. Its been almost a month and still nothing. I contacted them again this past Wednesday. They claimed the check will be expedited again and that they will notify me when the check has been released. Well now its a week and still nothing, no email confirmation, textNOTHING I sent yet another message. Now Im letting everyone know about this company and their unprofessional practices. If I hear or see anything regarding this company; it would be too soon and not long enough. This is a scam. Vacationers beware!****** L??

Just got back from a wonderful time in ******* with my grandchildren. Grand Incentives booked ** a ***********-bedroom condo stay for $599 for the week with a kitchen and all the comforts of home. It was very affordable, and I only wish I would have taken advantage of my travel membership sooner. I realize now that we can afford to travel more often with our family at these great prices!
