              I was given an orthopedic boot which the staff stated was 70 dollars and that insurance would pay only $10 so I paid $60. I received a bill indicating that the boot was $960 and that I owed $51 m. I called office and written emails to a ********, ***** and even sent emails to CEO *******, this office does not return calls or answer emails. The staff does not seem to want to reply. I was given wrong information if proper information was provided I could have purchased the boot for $59 on Amazon I sent picture of this to CEO. I find it outrageous that they would provide wrong information and then submit a outrageous amount to insurance l

              If I could give **************** zero stars, I would. These people are horrible. I waited over an hour and 15 minutes to finally see ****************. My appointment was at 10:00, he showed up after 11:10. Then I ordered orthotics. He stated they take about two weeks and when they come in, his office would fit them in all my shoes.Long story short, it took 4 weeks and I got nothing from the office about the longer wait time. When they finally came in, I got a call that I could pick them up anytime. These are custom inserts for you shoes and you cannot just slip them in any pair. They must have adjustments or they will make my foot problem worse. When I got to the office, no one was at the front desk. I waited again, registered at the kiosk and waited some more. then I yelled hello a number of times and didn't get a reply. finally, someone saunters out from the back, asks who I am and reaches under her desk. She pulled my orthotics out of a bag and handed them to me. when I asked about the fitting, she replied no one is here to do that. It was 3:40 on a Thursday afternoon???? I've wasted $550 on this shameless excuse for a doctor's *******
