Did a great job on the intial job. After hurricane Milton, I called their office to schedule some repairs. Called twice. Never received any kind of response from them. My roof was replaced in July, Hurricane Milton occurred in October. Very disappointed that they never responded because the initial work was excellent

The last half of 2024 was incredibly challenging, as our office was flooded by Tropical Storm Debbi in August, followed by Hurricane Helene in September, and then a direct hit from Hurricane Milton. With no central operations and an overwhelming surge in calls—nearly 10 times our normal volume—it was a tough time for both our team and our community. That said, we completely understand your frustration, and we're truly sorry we weren’t able to respond as we normally would. I had my roof replaced by them last year. It was an excellent experience! The crew was always on time, worked extremely hard, kept a neat and tidy work area, etc... I highly recommend them to all my friends and family. I will definitely use them again. Why Worry, Call Curry!!!!!Roofing by Curry

Roofing by Curry did a major repair for me after Hurricane Ian. However, the roof failed inspection during a home sale and as a result, I lost a cash offer. (It's worth noting they assured me in Dec 2022 in writing that a repair was sufficient & I did not need to replace my roof.) After I escalated, they came out to repair the roof again and replaced 18 tiles. When they told me the roof still had a number of cracked tiles, I had them come back again and they replaced another 45 tiles. I hired an independent inspector do a 4-point, and the roof failed again. They said they wanted to "make it right" and would source more tile. They even set a date to come back a 3rd time, but when I confirmed with them, they didn't have me on the schedule and said they still were searching for tile. That was two months ago. They still haven't called me back, haven't followed up, haven't given me a single update. They know I am selling the home and want this resolved urgently. They basically left me hanging. Suffice to say, I've moved on to a company that can actually help me. I would say Worry, if you call Curry. They do not stand by their work.Roofing by Curry

On 12/1/22 as proposed and completed we repaired the damaged roof in the area where a tree branch had fallen.
On 1/3/22 as proposed and completed we repaired the roof leak on the front valley.On 8/31/23 we responded to a warranty request to replace additional tiles.
On 8/6/23 we presented a third proposal to replace 45 broken roof tiles. We agreed to perform the repair once we sourced the discontinued tiles. We had difficulty sourcing the discontinued tiles so we agreed to issue a complete refund for this repair.
This property is a duplex. one roof over two homes. The owner of the other side refused to replace their side of the roof. Due to our past experiences and the complications involved, as a company policy we no longer offer to replace half the roof on a duplex. Additionally, who passes or fails a roof inspection for insurance or a home inspection depends heavily on who is conducting the inspection. I'm happy she found a contractor willing to replace her half of the roof.

I've got pictures of my roof from a neighbour who used a drone and checked our roofs after the hurricane. It's 4 years old roof and it was no leak however, about a dozen tiles had some cracks. Roofing by Curry has quoted $600 for repair of up to 200 sq.ft of the roof. Quote by phone. No roof inspection. I did ask the rep **** if a roof tile needs a replacement? The answer was: The repair crew will have everything necessary to complete the job. A pre-payment of entire amount was required in order to put this job on schedule. Two people crew came on agreed day and has spent about 40 minutes total on that repair. Then they told me that one of the tiles has to be replaced, they dont have a tile to complete this job and will have to come back once the tile will be available either through their company or once Ill find one. *** called several days later, once I found a tile. Roofing by Curry wanted to charge additional $300 to install that one tile after they charged me $600 and havent completed the job! There was a roofing company working at the neighbourhood and they have agreed to install that tile. Guess what? They couldnt find the tile that required replacement. Ive climbed to the roof and have checked myself. We have found one tile that could be easyly repaired/glued without replacing the tile.Think twice before hiring Roofing by Curry and dont pay them until the job is complete. I havent seen so dishonest business in my life.Roofing by Curry

2 starsHonestly, I read the reviews and believed them. Although the foreman seemed nice and the person who handles the phones seems nice, the follow through on any problems is terrible. The workmanship is not great quality. I paid for an expensive roof which I am still financing and paying off and with a warranty. They left openings in the eaves on each side of our roof. They also failed to put in some kid of netting or something in the ridgeline venting for the attic and every time the roof was blown for leaves off of the roof, the crude came into the attic. I have never had that happen before in my 30 years of home ownership. I hired a handy man who had to fix the problems to stop mice and rats and squirrels from coming into my attic. I found this out because we got a new ac unit and they ate the black piping coating going to my ac unit in the attic when they came in through the openings Roofing by Curry left open. Needless to say-that repair $180 was NOT covered under warranty for the ac. The foreman said that it was a good fix to stop the critters from coming in giving his guys time to come out and fix the problem. They came out and apparently moved what the handyman put in and left gaps again and my husband is having to go to Homed Depot to fix the issue. I have also spent extra money on pest control and the issues continue. They keep promising and promising and DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH. BEWARE. A warranty is no good if you cannot trust the company to follow through. It is unfortunate I had to finance the job because they got paid and I still have $10,000 to go.
