Sold me a car that they did not have a cleared title for. It has been over two months and two sets of temporary tags later I still dont have my tags. When I call they say someone will call me back and they never do. Its highly illegal to sell a car in the **************** without having the title to transfer to the buyer. They keep giving me the run around and I cant drive the car now because the temp tags are expired. I wanted to be nice and work through this but obviously they are a shady dealership that cant properly buy and sell cars. Ive bought 7 cars this is my eighth and I have NEVER had any issues like this. They admit they messed up but arent doing anything to make this right. All I want is my tags and a new set of tires for the hassle and to never have to see any of them again. If they cant fix this within the next week I will be taking legal action as much as I dont want it to come to that Im done with them.

On 10/28/22 Goldmark (***** AND ******) auto sold me a faulty vehicle that was not safe to drive, had knowingly tampered with the exhaust in their own private shop leaving it seeping fumes in to the cabin of the car for myself and family to breath. The car has been towed three separate times since October and been into the shop several times, currently in the shop and will not run at this time. They sold me a lemon..... I had a warranty with them which they have not honored, they have made unacceptable attempts to repair as well as covered up issues. We tried to return the vehicle to them several times, the first attempt was the day after we signed the contract, they refused to allow us to bring to back. at this point we can not afford to pay our finance company and continue to pay for repairs each month on the vehicle. The car would literally shut off while driving, not safe

On 10/27/2022 ***************************** and ************************** came in to look at a vehicle. Upon arrival, they saw the 2013 Cadillac SRX with ****** miles on our lot. They chose this vehicle because of the beautiful condition and the low mileage this vehicle had. ***************** went on a test drive in this vehicle, with her salesman ****. The vehicle drove great, but she didn't want to spend the amount we were asking for the vehicle. They came back later the next day to negotiate the price of the vehicle. We came to a deal both parties thought was fair, and they took delivery of the vehicle from her second salesman, *****, on 10/28/2022. **** was off this day so ***** was the salesmen to help her. Upon delivery, we provided a 60 Day or **** mile (whichever occurs first) 50%-50% warranty on the internal engine and transmission of the vehicle. We also offer extended service contracts when available but she declined. **************** called in on 11/03/2022 stating that the A/C wasn't blowing cold enough for her liking. Although not covered under her warranty,we went ahead and did an A/C evacuation and recharge, out of courtesy to the customer. We did not hear from her again until 11/15/2022, in which she called to state she was broken down at the Publix on ********* and ******. In good faith, we sent one of our mechanics down the road to the Publix, and tried to get it started for her. We could not. We called a tow truck service and got the car back to our shop.We paid for the tow out of our pocket and did not charge her. Upon getting the vehicle here, we put all other jobs aside to figure out the issue with the vehicle. Our shop manager diagnosed the vehicle to be a fuel pump module. Unfortunately, this part was not something we could get locally, so we sourced the part and paid for overnight shipping. We got the part on 11/17/2022 and installed it, once again not charging her for the part or the labor. On 11/25/2022, almost a full moth later, she came in irate because the vehicle was making a loud sound from the exhaust. We once again took the vehicle in and preformed a repair, as she did not want to spend the money to replace the parts. A couple of days later, she showed up to our lot saying it didn't fix the issue and demanded we get the parts and fix the issue. Although not covered, we wanted to make her happy so we went ahead and ordered the exhaust parts to fix the exhaust. On 12/03/2022 the parts came in and we replaced said parts. She picked the vehicle up on 12/03/2022 and was happy as we did not charge her a cent. We did not hear from her until 01/17/2023 when she called saying something else was wrong with the vehicle, which was found to not be in relation to the previous repair. At this point, we told her we would help her out but she would have to pay for half of the repair, as we would cover it under her 50/50 warranty, although not covered under that warranty. She did not like that answer and I believe she took it elsewhere to be fixed. We did not hear from her until 02/22/23 when she called in to speak with *****, whom wasn't in the office at the time, and told that salesman that she was having another issue and demanded that we purchase the vehicle back before she calls and makes complaints on us and hires an attorney to sue ******* ***** got back into the office, he returned the call. She stated the vehicle isn't running and the mechanic she brought it to said she needed an alternator and MAYBE a fuel pump but doesn't know. She stated that she wanted us to buy the car back and started using profanities directed at us, was totally uncalled for. She stated this mechanic quoted her $800 for the alternator job. Although ***** was not impressed by her vulgarity he still attempted to try to rectify the situation. ***** told her he would see what he can do to try to help her out, as we get parts cheaper than smaller shops around would get. At this point, we are still trying to figure out if she would like our help in repairing her issues. We take customer service very seriously and believe we have done everything in our power to assist them. After these efforts, we were really surprised to find these complaints. We will gladly do whatever possible to assist in her satisfaction.
