            Coker fuel was overcharging me for my gas bill. They said that if I had a credit at the end of the year I would get the balance. There are 3 less people in my house over the last year and no reduction in payment. For over the last 3 years I never received an overage check from Coker fuel. I was curious of why my bill did not go down with only myself using the fuel. I confronted Coker fuel about the bill and the lady said oh my you have a 830 dollar credit for your overage of payment. She got a coworker to come and talk to me and she said we dont pay people back at the end of the year for overpayment she said this is not a savings account, They had no intention on paying me back. This overage has been happening for 3 years. How many other people do they owe money? This is fraudulent activity. Thanks *****************************

            One of their techs came to top off our tank. We gave him a check after he topped off the tank. A few days later we get a bill for what we already paid. Our impression is this company is either dishonest or they do not know what they are doing.
