            I placed an order # **** on Dec 16th for a bodysuit that was needed for a wedding. The merchant could not send it in time so I requested a refund. I sent several emails to the company requesting a refund for the merchandise never received. It is now March 7th, 2023 and the order was placed Dec 16th, 2022 and I still dont the merchandise. You can only communicate with the merchant through email. The merchant does not have a customer service phone# to call. I have sent a dozen emails to this merchant requesting my refund due to no merchandise being shipped. I sent another email on March 6, 2023 stating I will contact the Better Business Bureau for not receiving my merchandise. The merchant responded back through email stating it will be shipped through **** I waited a week checking on the tracking# that was given to me via email. That tracking number was created with a label but *** states the merchant never sent any merchandise. When I contacted the merchant about the *** tracking number they are not responding to my emails. The last email I sent was March 6th, 2023. The merchant still has not shipped out my merchandise or refunded me my money back. Thanks,*********************

            I ordered a dress back in January. I returned the dress a few days after receiving my item due to the dress material being very thin and cheap looking. I used Klarna to purchase the dress. As I am going through the return process they offered me a store credit but as time goes on Klarna was requesting for me to pay the remaining balance which I was confused as to why am I paying for a dress I dont have possession of. I was informed that ****** paid my best fashion deals in full and basically they were supposed to refund Klarna for their payment. I reached out to a representative several time every time I mentioned the refund to ****** with provide screenshots from my messages with Klarna they stop responding. So now I was left to pay the remaining balance for a dress I dont have possession of. I will never purchase from this company again!!
