I ordered a dress back in January. I returned the dress a few days after receiving my item due to the dress material being very thin and cheap looking. I used Klarna to purchase the dress. As I am going through the return process they offered me a store credit but as time goes on Klarna was requesting for me to pay the remaining balance which I was confused as to why am I paying for a dress I dont have possession of. I was informed that ****** paid my best fashion deals in full and basically they were supposed to refund Klarna for their payment. I reached out to a representative several time every time I mentioned the refund to ****** with provide screenshots from my messages with Klarna they stop responding. So now I was left to pay the remaining balance for a dress I dont have possession of. I will never purchase from this company again!!

My girlfriend bought her daughters prom dress from here and I was amazed on how beautiful it was. I took a chance and bought my vow renewal gown from them and I got soo many compliments that day i felt like a queen. Since then I have bought a few more and never been disappointed! I don't usually leave reviews but they really came through for me on one of my most important days.

I dont even know who this company is and theyre trying to get $126 out of my account. How do I get a phone number to contact them?

I contact My Best Fashion Deal the same day my order arrived, after taking it out of the plastic packaging, the dress I ordered looked like a costume from party city that a trick or treater would wear, the material looks cheap and the dress doesnt look like the picture. I contact the seller immediately, I received an email from **** the next day, she asked me to take pictures of the dress and email it to her, then she said, she can send me a smaller size, I asked for a refund or an exchange. **** request me to send back the dress and I did with proof of the tracking number, after they received their dress back I never heard from them again. Im out of $137.64 without an apology, exchange or my money refunded, this company is scamming money out of the consumer, if you buy clothes or any items from them, they will not refund your money or allow you to exchange your items or clothes. They have their dress but now Im without my money or a credit. Please be careful when shopping with this retailer, be aware. I had to purchase another dress for my event I went too out of town. This experience with my best fashion deal was inconsiderate and unprofessional, I checked their customers reviews before ordering and those reviews were all 5 stars, so why didnt I receive great customer service? The item sent to me was not the same item they advertised on their site. Order# ****

I needed a dress for a fashion event that would stand out. I ordered a dress with normal shipping and it was expedited to me within a few days. After trying it on i loved the breathable material that was a close match to my own darker skin tone. I would definitely buy another dress from there again!

Horrible customer service they don't respond charge a lot of money for an item that I received more than a month later after I paid for expedited shipping....when I finally got the item is smelled horrible , the quality was terrible it did not have a receipt in the box so I could return the item. I immediately sent them an email and they wanted me to send pictures of what sent, after I sent the pictures then they told me to send the item back within 7 days of receipt of the email agreeing to refund my money...to no avail. I sent an email asking for my refund and no they want me to send of copy of my sent receipt and I advised I have the returned the items and someone signed for it. It has been another month ...STILL NO REFUND
