              I own a paint & body shop and I ordered parts from this company back in April, we had some parts to return and some cores to return. It took them weeks and many phone calls to pick them up. It has been 2 months since they picked them up, they were picked up May 11th and we have only received a check for the cores not the returned parts. Every time I call if they answer they immediately start saying the check has been mailed out before they even find out who I am or where I'm calling from. I'm just tired of the run around and don't think this is the way a business should be ran. They got to where they would not answer the phone and then I would call from another phone, and they would answer. I am only asking for the refund for the $ 233.14 for the parts I returned. All the parts are circled that I returned.

              They delivered wrong parts several times. I had to use someone else to get the correct parts. When they picked up the wrong parts, they said that corporate was going to reimburse me. Now almost 4 months later, I still have no parts or money. I called them and they said corporate was going to send me a check which I never received. I received an email stating that they never received the parts. Keep in mind that they pick them up themselves, its a small business so it appears only two people work there. They are terrible now I just found out they changed your name to a different company.
