Sold us a washer and dryer, took delivery Wednesday Dec 6th 2023, next day Thursday Dec 7th we called about a refund because the washer doesnt spin, and the dryer doesnt heat.Called them on a recorded line today, Saturday Dec 9th, and the employee acknowledged it was being recorded. Was rude, and condescending. Still refusing to refund, telling to call back Monday.Company refuses to refund the sale, and were of course, extremely rude. (See their responses to other complaints here).This is the worst company to buy from, straight up fraud sales, taking advantage of people, selling broken items then refusing to refund.We will continue this fight and take them to small claims if refund is completed by Monday Dec 11, 2023.We expect a call back from *** whose last name we were told is right there.Receipt does say all claims and returned good must be accompanied by this bill which we have, and they still refuse to refund the purchase.Either refund the sale or get taken to small claims, ***, the choice is yours.Review from Audra C

The deep freezer they sold us did not work at all once we got it home. When I called in to complain I was told, "maybe you should be nicer when you call in." I was not rude on the phone. I told me I wanted a refund. This business seems to not back up any of their products at all. It was a complete waste of money and I will never do business with them again.Review from Dale B

11 STEPS. I live in Harbor Greens condos. Delivery trucks hit and damage our property constantly. Truck parking areas are clearly marked. Nick (the heavy set one) was politely asked bu our HOA president to move his truck back to the main road, 11 steps further. Nick said "the truck's not moving." The entitled teen, Ill call Bieber (the haircut) also replied "call my grandpa, he owns the company." Bieber called and put me on the phone. I explained the situation to the ownwer and the owner replied "tell them to move the truck." Nick again sais he's not moving the truck. He didn't want to walk the extra 11 STEPS! If this is the respect they have for others property, you don't want them on your property!

The owner ****** should not be a business owner. He is a rude person who is nasty to all his customers! My biggest issue with this rude man is that I came in there to purchase a dryer belt he tells me it's better to pay cash just so when I come in to return it after he sold me the wrong belt and didn't have the right belt I asked for a full refund he then never ever gave me a receipt when he sold me the belt and then on top of that he was nasty and rude when I asked for a full refund. I do not recommend any customers to go to this store you better off going to ******** appliances they are fantastic business! Please please I do not recommend coming to this horrible business he is way overpriced he thinks that he could be any other prices and he doesn't even give you a receipt nor a refund!Customer Response

ATLAS APPLIANCE ON SEMINOLE BLVD VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
I have lived in Blossom Lake since April on 1986. I have purchased several appliances from this company. I have had them out for service on many occasions. I don't know what has happened to this family owned business but I can tell you the service has gone down hill! I remember standing outside this building several years ago when they had a fire and actually cried and felt sorry for Mr. Robert J. S. (owner).
Recently, I have had an issue with an icemaker (purchased from Lowes and out of warranty and extended warranty by only a year.) I have had 5 service calls for the same issue with Atlas. 2 different servicemen, the first one removed all of my frozen goods out of the freezer (lower drawer unit) took the drawers out and assessed the icemaker. When he was reinstalling, he actually was banging the drawer rails with a wrench to try to get the drawers back in after removing them. This created a problem with the door not closing properly and the original problem persisted. This cost me about $300. I called again to let them know the problem was not taken care of and they sent out serviceman #2 Kevin. Kevin informed me that the first serviceman was no longer with Atlas Appliance Service. Kevin did not take out the drawers but attempted to align the drawer rails and said that was the problem why I was getting huge sheets of ice in the bottom of my freezer and causing it not to close. I explainee that the problem of sheets of ice was not new, this is why I called them initially. He checked the line to make sure there were no obstructions and charged me $100 for the service call (remember I had them out to fix this before and they did not fix the problem that cost me $300 initially. Kevin left and gave me his personal cell number and told me to call him directly if it didnt solve the problem. Well the problem was not resolved and he wrote his cell number down wrong! So I called Atlas Appliance again, each time I spoke with the Manager Nick (he states he has been "running" this place for the past ten years. I explained the problem has not been fixed, I tried calling Kevin but he gave me the wrong number. Nick said he would have Kevin call me. 2 days went by and no call, finally he called and came back out to reassess the problem, he again checked the lines and tried to straighten the rails out again. Cost $100 again. Again the problem was not solved, I called again, Nick sent out Kevin. Cost $100. Problem not solved. Now almost $600 later, my husband came home and I was on the floor, removing the huge sheet of ice on the bottom of the freezer again. I took the ice and bagged it and went to Atlas Appliance to show them the problem, Nick actually asked me "why do you keep calling us to fix it? Well, I called you initially, the problem is not fixed! I expected them to fix it the first time and I feel I have been very patient with the attempts. My husband says to me, let me look at it and see if I can figure it out. Guess what? He did, so I called Nick and my husband got on the phone and explained that the line for the icemaker is not lined up properly and needs a little nipple to avoid the water spraying out of the reservoir. Nick said it should have had one on it and he would look for the part and they would be out Monday to take care of it (it was on a Saturday). A little while later, Nick called and said he was sending Kevin out with the part (the little nipple). When Kevin arrived, he didnt have the little nipple, he went back to his car then came back in, he started removing the icemaker and broke the reservoir off the icemaker!!! He actually said "I knew this was going to happen", he left and went to Atlas Appliance (just a block from my home) and brought some reservoirs but they wouldnt fit since mine was attached/manufactured as one piece with the icemaker. So, you can only guess now my problem is even bigger, it requires a new icemaker to make ice. Kevin gathered his things and left. I have called Atlas Appliance multiple times over the past 3 weeks inquiring when my part would be in and they would be fixing my icemaker. It is still not fixed and it gets better! Nick, the manager who has been the manager for "ten" years, told my husband that his serviceman Kevin told him that we broke the reservoir, in other words Kevin the serviceman out right lied!!!! Nick goes on to say "the customer is always right" saying is one thing but doing is another. No resolution!!!!! I called and asked again when the part would be in and Nick says when I can find one. I said you mean you cant find an icemaker for a Fridgedaire Gallery? Then he goes on to tell me that Mr. Robert S. (owner) won't allow him to replace my icemaker that he would have to find the part (that does not exist since it was part of the icemaker). Nick told me I would have to talk to "Bob", thats Robert J. S.. I asked to have him call me and I have never received a call. Yesterday I went down to Atlas Appliance, again I spoke with Nick, he says the owner Robert J. S. will not agree to replace the part that his serviceman broke stating that his service man says we broke it. Now I am getting really pissed off!!!!! I have been very patient during this ordeal and very polite up to this point. I again asked for Mr. Robert (Bob) J. S. to call me, Nick stated he has relayed my messages but "Bob" is not going to call me, he is aware of the situation and if I want to speak to him I will have to come in in the morning. Evidently Mr. Robert J. S. only comes in in the mornings. This morning I called to speak with Mr. Robert J. S. "Bob" and guess what?!!!!! He isnt there today!!!! Nick again tells me I must come in in the morning to speak with him as he is NOT going to call me. In the mean time, remember that Kevin gave me his personal cell number, well on his second trip out he corrected the mistake and gave me his right number but when I would call he would never answer and the voicemail was full, so I sent him a text stating that I would like to meet with him and Mr. Robert J. S. and have him tell me in front of me that we broke the part (you could only hope that Kevin then would have the integrity to tell the truth that he broke the icemaker reservoir off of the unit insteaed of installing a little nipple as he was supposed to). Of course no reply to the text message to Kevin. So here I am again now going on a month with no resolution and Nick the manager and Mr. Robert J. S. "Bob" being too cheap to replace what they broke!!!! Almost $600 later you would think they could afford to stand by their work!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PLEASE NEIGHBORS AND SEMINOLE RESIDENTS!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK!!!!! THEY ARE RIPPING OFF OUR NEIGHBORS AND COMMUNITY!!! HOW COULD YOU OWN A BUSINESS IN A NEIGHBORHOOD AND EXPECT TO HAVE THE LOCAL NEIGHBORHOOD SUPPORT YOU WHEN YOU DONT STAND BY YOUR WORK? AND FOR "MR. KEVIN, SERVICEMAN" YOU LIED TO YOUR EMPLOYER, STAND UP AND BE A MAN AND ADMIT YOU BROKE THE PART!
WHO WOULD TRUST THIS KIND OF EMPLOYEE TO COME INTO THEIR HOME KNOWING THEY WILL LIE TO COVER HIS OWN BUTT!
I WANT MY ICEMAKER REPLACED, WE ARE HAPPY TO PICK A NEW ONE UP AT YOUR STORE AND INSTALL IT OURSELVES!!!! BUT AFTER ALL THE $$$$$$ SPENT THAT IS THE LEAST YOU CAN DO.
