In the attachment, I have compiled all information relating to this request, understanding it was too long for the ****************** this space. On October 16, 2023, Coastal Marketing contacted me claiming to have a buyer for our timesharing. They would handle all the paperwork and this transaction would be completed within 30 days. To this day, nothing had happened, and I am requesting they reimburse the fees + interest on my credit card.

I was contacted over a year ago by a representative of Coastal Marketing Network of So. *******, **. The woman knew that we had a timeshare in *********, ****, **. I told her that we would like to find a buyer, and I subsequently signed a contract with them to advertise said property in which we had a fee simple interest. The lady subsequently left the company and we were turned over to **** and the apparent boss ****. Long story ******************** put us through months of deals that were on the verge of happening, but never did. It was a roller-coaster ride for two payments totaling $4,000. I even lowered our asking price 4 times, but nothing but empty promises. As there are not a real estate firm but marketers, they said they would turn us over to a title company for the closing. I feel stupid now that I believed that this company was legitimate, but I realize now that their whole operation deals in false hope with no proof theyre sold even one property. I want my $4,000 back!

May 2021 Coastal Marking Network Sales Agent Antony B******* was representing us in selling our timeshare. He stated that there were nine possibly showing for our time share. But they needed $1500.00 dollars upfront for marketing, and we had to use a credit card to pay the amount. He stated that the $1500.00 could not be taken out of the sales proceeds. He also said it had to be paid before they could proceed on to sell our timeshare for us. It was stated that the sale could be done in a week or two. He never found a buyer for the showing. About the middle of July, we received a call stating that they definitely had a buyer, but the close on it would require $2500.00 more dollars. If we didn't send that amount then they could not close on it. It was stated they would send a check for the sales price. We refused to send additional money because we felt that something wasn't right with them needing more money. We thought if they had a buyer then why couldn't they take the $2500.00 from the sales proceeds. They said it's against the law to take it from the sales proceeds. About two months later we called them, and asked why they haven't held up to their part of selling the time share like they promised. The company tried to blame us for the sell not happening because we refused to send additional money. We have never heard back from them since and was taken for $1500.00 dollars. Asking that our money being refunded!
