On April 13, 2023 I placed an order with ***************************, owner of the company. She had me send her the payment via CashApp which I had to download in order to send since she claimed she was unable to receive money on other platforms. I was told that it would take up to 3 months to infuse the order which I knew from the start. I never received any kind of shipping notification so I followed up with her again in July where she claimed the items were shipped (again never provided a shipping confirmation) then continued to gaslight me. She claimed she'd send an order right out which never happened so I followed up again in August and received more excuses from her. The phone # she used to communicate me with is a ****** # that now belongs to someone else allegedly. She will not return my emails or DM's on Instagram but is actively posting on her Instagram page about her products in attempt to scam more people out of money. I want my money back or I intend to file a report with the ********************************Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 supplements/holistic tinctures from this business in April 2023. She says that sometimes orders may take 1-2 months to process, but it has now been over 6 months and I have received nothing. I tried to reach out and she is completely ignoring me. The worst part is that she has you pay via CashApp, so there is no way to turn it in a fraud to your bank. Now I am out a few hundred dollars. Shes a scam.Initial Complaint

Ordered colloidal silver on a bogo sale. She said zelle was frozen/unavailable so i sent money through cashapp. She was so helpful and very respondent at first. I ordered on April 12 and still no product. I have sent messages through Instagram and email with no response.Initial Complaint

I ordered products on May 12th totaling $118 through her website from her link on Instagram. A website which is now taken down. I paid through cashapp, which you can't file a complaint with, and she states it's because she sells cbd, total lie. I have reached out to *********************************** through Instagram messages and email with no reply. I've left messages at her smoke shop phone number, with no reply. I have requested my money back through cashapp, with no reply. She's advertising products on instagram, getting people hooked into the truth regarding several conspiracys etc and receiving money through these apps, then doesn't send the products. She is the definition of a scammer! All I want is my money back.Initial Complaint

Ordered her products in dec 2022 & July 2022.Paid for them & never received them. No refund no communication after a one time response of I will get them right out. I ordered $35 worth of neem oil from ******. Paid through zelle as she says they cant use other payment platforms because of CBD. 6 months later, no package. No responsive until I put her on blast on social media, then she generates a ******** **** tracking number with no package associated with it. The product never comes. My friend also ordered CBD from her when she was going through cancer treatment, never arrived. ***************************** or ***************************. Cant even verify her nursing license. She is 100% scamming people, dont fall for it. You wont ever get your products. Traveling gypsy trash.Initial Complaint

I ordered from this website. RemedyHolisticWellness.com back in October 9th 2022. I made a payment on cashapp first of $100 to ***************************** or on her Cashapp it said ***************************. Her cashapp is $remedyholistic352. Then on December 22nd 2022 I paid her on Zelle a total of ******. My payment order was ****** but she said I had to pay her that for taxes and shipping although my receipt said ****** total. It's now March 9th 2023 and I've been trying to contact ****** through email and her Automatic phone number I have which is ************. I have not heard from her since December 22nd 2022. And I have not received my order or tracking number. I'm very upset I spent a lot of money on this just to not get my order. My order number is #ISS-3479 I have screenshots of my messages and emails to her and I have my receipt as well. I also asked for a address change and never got that fixed. I believe I've been scammed and I'm never gonna receive my order.Initial Complaint

I came across the Instagram page and saw that she was a "Freedom" fighter and had her own business and supposedly made many remedies and sold things to detox. I contacted her about purchasing a detox and she was the nicest person. She promptly answered my questions through Instagram messages. I decided to purchase a detox since she had them BOGO ($350 plus tax). She stated she could only take payment through Zelle or Cashapp because she sells CBD and she was being censored (BS). I Zelled her the money and she texted me saying thank you for purchase, blah, blah, blah. This contact was a few days in September 2022 before a hurricane was supposed to hit *******. I texted her to get more info on my product and she said that she's getting ready for a hurricane and we'll talk afterwards. That was the last I heard of her. I then messaged her through Instagram and texted her asking the status of my account and received no reply. I could see in Instagram that she saw the message but did not reply. Also , the phone number she texted me through had been disconnected. I checked the status of my order and it still says that it's being fulfilled ( 6 months later) I sent her emails but have yet to receive a reply (6 months later). I recently commented in a post on Instagram but saw that she erased my comment. She plays the nice person card to gain your trust. *****************************/******* is a FRAUD. From the comments in here I see she has done this to countless others. She needs to be shut down and arrested from running a scheme and grand theft. Don't let her charm fool you. She's an unethical person. A thief. Don't fall for her BS. Runaway from Pure Blood Tribe on Instagram. Remedy Holistic Wellness is a SCAM. It's been 6 months and I have not received my order and I have yet received a response from her.Initial Complaint

This is a falsely advertising business. This person is stealing money from people via Zelle for products/services never rendered. She has also CHANGED HER LAST NAME IN THE LAST WEEK. I want my $76 back after reading all of the complaints!! *** reached out numerous times via social media/email and have received NO response. Voice mailbox for the number listed here is full. HOW IS THIS ALLOWED TO OCCUR????
