      These people are advertising candles on there web site and ********* but once uou pay for products they dont respond when you question the status. emails to there support email and nothing. I just want my money back at this point so i can move on, these people are stealing money.

      Submitted an order for a candle and was charged $32.00 on 1/28/2024. Over the next few months I reached out multiple times to their customer service email provided asking if my order was going to arrive and to cancel my order repeatedly. They never responded and have kept my money without sending me my order. This month July 2024 they sent an email saying my order was ready to ship and provided a tracking number however for weeks it is showing that **** is still waiting to receive the order.

      I purchased a scented candle on march 24, 2024 and have sent follow up emails on 4-24-24 and 7-3-24. I have not received any response or updates to my order. Order#****.

      In May if 2024, I purchased a candle from Billington Farms as a Fathers Day gift for my husband. Their processing said 3-5 business days approximately and then I would receive an email when the item shipped. To date, I have yet to receive the item or the shipping email. I have emailed the company twice at two different email addresses I found for them and neither has received a response. I would either like to receive the product paid for or receive a full refund.

      I placed an order for a product ORDER #**** on April 21 I have attempted to contact 6 times via email to request tracking or shipping information to show that the order was filled or even processed. I have yet to here back from them in any regard. I would like a full refund and an explanation.

      I purchased 2 candles from Billington Farms (order 5999) on 4/5/24. Per their website, it could take up to 21 calendar days to receive tracking info so at the 21 day ***** I sent an email requesting an update and got no response. I have since sent a second email requesting a status update and stated if I did not receive an update that I was going to file a claim with my bank. Still no response from the company. While it isnt a large amount of money, its the principle that matters.

      The transaction occurred at the beginning of this month. There had not been any mention of shipping as of a couple weeks ago. I asked how long shipping would take, but got no response. The delivery address was to a friends college, but my friend has already moved out. I decided to try to edit or cancel the order, but it then told me that the order did not exist. The receipt also claimed that the cost was 0$ and that I paid 0$. The money was taken out of my bank account though.

      Ordered three candles on January 24th, paid $59.49. As of March 13th, I still have not received them, nor received a follow up on the emails that I've sent to their support team.

      Purchased a candle on January 13, 2024 and have had no updates on when the order will be fulfilled. Tried to contact but had no response. Paid $32.00 for a candle I feel I will not receive. Would either like the candle soon, or a full refund.

      Order 2 candles from the company on January 9, 2024. I was charged $48.Waited till 1/24/24 to reach out to see my order status after a week of no response, I reached out again on 1/31/24. I have yet to get a response. Today, 2/7/24 I sent a direct message to thier instagram account. Asking to either send my order or give me a refund.
