      On Nov 19th I came across a sponsored add on Instagram selling scented candles. I placed an order for 2 candles and received an order confirmation. It has been 3 weeks and they have provided no order or shipping update. I emailed support twice and messages the Instagram account with no response. Upon further research on ******** i see multiple comments saying this company is a scam and experienced the same thing I am dealing with currently.

      Ordered item November 4, cancelled for a refund on November 25 and was told 1-3 business days. As of December 5 refund has still not been received.

      Ordered a candle on 8/10/23. Reached out by email 8/19, 8/26, 9/21, and 9/30. Also on ******** on 8/26. Received generic email informing me of supply delay on 8/26. No one will answer me. If someone would simply make contact and tell me it will take longer, I would understand.

      I wanted to follow up with regard to the complaint against Billington Farms. I received an email on 10/2 that my order has been cancelled and received the refund 10/5. None of my emails were ever answered by anyone at the company. Additionally, I reached out via Instagram and ******** without success.

      I finally began searching for contact and address information for the owner, Angel ********************** in an attempt to coerce follow through. I found and text her cell phone number that I'd been unable to reach the company and needed refunded. I never received correspondence however my order was cancelled the following day.

      I would suggest to anyone that has problems with Billington Farms, they contact her personal number at ************** for resolve.

      I greatly appreciate your assistance as now there's more evidence for others to consider before purchasing anything from them.

      I purchased an item from Billington Farms on June 2. Money was withdrawn from my account paying for this item in full and I received an email with an order number and an expected delivery date if June 8-9, which came and went. I tried contacting them by email, website chat, and ******** messenger. I didnt hear anything from them for over a month when on July 12th I received an automated email saying that my order had shipped. However tracking information shows that this order has not been picked up from Billington Farms by **** yet. I just received an email from them today, august 26th, saying theyre having issues sourcing materials for their orders and offered 25% off my next purchase. Its been three months and I still dont have the item I purchased. I would prefer 25% off my CURRENT purchase AND timely delivery.

      Ordered 3 candles on the official website over a month ago, payment was taking out of my checking account and still have not received any thing. Tried contacting over three times and still no response to any of my emails! Per confirmation of payment a "merchant info" number was provided @***********. They were quick to take my money but provide no merchandise.

      Paid for product months ago and it went over a month and a half without the item being shipped (paid for 3-5 day shipping). Canceled that order and was refunded. Decided to give them another chance and ordered the same item again, same 3-5 day shipping and it is now a month later. Tried contacting support via their "chat" a week ago and still no response, also used their online contact form and email and no response whatsoever.

      Ordered and PAID for two candles from this business on 6/3/23. Order (number ****) has been "received" and is just sitting with the company. I have emailed three different emails showing up for this company, used their online chat feature, sent ******** messenger messages to find out if there is a problem with my order and all messages have been ignored. Business website indicates that "All orders are hand made and processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped." We are WELL past this window and I would either like my order asap or a refund if they are unable to fill it. Either way, the lack of any kind of response is concerning and I am not sure if this is a legitimate company at this point.

      I placed an order for three candles from Billington Farms on June 9. I received an email receipt for order #**** that stated "Estimated delivery Thursday, Jun 15Friday, Jun 16". My credit card was billed the full $61.20 for the order. When the order didn't arrive, I emailed via the note in the receipt: "If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at **********************************"I emailed on June 16, June 20, and July 4, but never received any communication from the company. Originally I requested a status update on the order, on July 4 I requested a full refund. No response. So I paid for items that were not even shipped, and the company refuses to engage with me to explain or issue a refund. I have copies of all email correspondence sent.

      I paid for a Jet-A Type Candle and it was never delivered. Their website does not have a phone number. Their responses to my many emails have gone largely ignored. Their resolution was to try sending it again with by giving me a free coupon to order. Unfortunately, the free coupon did not include free shipping. So I paid for shipping a 2nd time. After two months, I have yet to receive the Jet-A Candle. Nor a phone call from them to resolve this. Their communication is absolutely pathetic.

      I have good news to report.  The candles that I paid for over 10 weeks ago but never sent to me finally showed up.  The case ID is 19909585. 

      I had to hire a lawyer to communicate with them to to provide the products that I paid for.

      The communication of Billington Farms was absolutely pathetic.  And their ethics of taking money without delivering the products, is even more disgusting.

      Thankfully the lawyer handled this, the candles were delivered, and I am now moving on.  I need nothing else than the candles I paid for.
