      I purchased a candle from Billington farms on January 1, **** at 7:43pm Central Time. Today is January 29, **** and I have not received my order. I have emailed and contacted the company through social media several times. They have given me no response. I just want the candle or my money.

      I placed an order with billington farms on November 29th . I still have not received the candle I ordered . They do not respond to emails at their customer service number . No phone number is listed for contact either.

      Ordered a candle after seeing a sponsored ad on instagram. Over 4 months later and two emails (which I never got a response to) after Christmas was already over the candle arrives. The candle was advertised as a normal sized large candle and I payed around $25. The candle I received was TINY. Its was about half an inch thick! What kind of candle is that for $25? False advertising, and terrible customer service. 100% a scam.

      Based on several automotive, military, and aviation articles, i ordered two candles (100LL scent) on 29 November 2023. My **** card was charged on 2 December in the amount of $48.80. I received an email 12/19 stating this order was on the way with a tracking #. **** tracking on ***************************** Pre-shipment and that has not changed up to today,11 January ****. I have attempted email contact (since no company phone # is listed) thrice with no response. the first two were via the company support contact, the last was via my email early yesterday.I will be contacting **** & really wish I had seen the BBB site comments first!!!

      Ordered 3 candles almost a month ago, for over $70, and have received 0 updates since then. I have emailed them THREE times, AND submitted messages to their ********* Instagram, and Etsy accounts. It is notable that they have turned off all commenting on every platform. It is quite obvious at this point that this is predatory company who should be immediately shut down, and have criminal charges brought against them for fraud and theft.

      Ordered a Candle on 12/10/2023 and it has still not shipped. Reached out to company on 12/20/2023 and have not had a response. Their site says you will not be charged until product is sent, but I was charged immediately.

      The candle was ordered on November 9, ******************************************************************************** reviewing the other BBB complaints, it appears this is an ongoing issue with this company and this deceptive tactic of taking money from customers and sending them fake tracking that never actually ships needs to be looked into it as this appears to be fraudulent.

      I ordered a candle from this company and never received it. Its not about the money but the fact I emailed them to ask about my purchase order three times and never received a response back. I still want the candle, but I cant get a response from them. They are not receptive to my emails.

      I placed an order on 11/13/23. I have made multiple email attempts for a status update on my order (#****) with no response. It's now 12/15/23, and no response and no confirmation of shipping my order. I expect a refund in full.

      Order placed on, November 23, 2023 No updates on order since payment date. When I try and contact them I get no response and at this point just want a refund for my order.
