Avoid this company at all costs. Falsify inspection reports.I am from out of state and purchased a property in ***** County. Based on all of the positive reviews for this company we decided to go with them for our home inspection and wood destroying organism wdo inspection. Since we were out of state, we were not able to look at the property before buying in this competitive market and trusted **************************** with their inspection. Everything on the inspection looked great, it was a newer house, and I trusted this company with the results. Upon my arrival at the property at closing within a few days of the inspection being complete, I noticed that where were bugs scattered in each bedroom inside the property. I went to ********** and bought some bug spray as I did not know what these bugs were. I sprayed pesticide inside the house all around as a general precaution to keep bugs out. The next day to my surprise, I saw hundreds of bugs in every room of the house dead on the floor. Being from up north I did not realize that these were termites. I reviewed the wdo report again and based on their report there was absolutely no wdo present in or outside the house. This was all fake and not the truth. When I confronted them about the report, they said that they did not see any termites during their inspection. This was not possible as there was a termite infestation and their own technician after coming back admitted that there were now termites present. I called a few other companies who came and looked for termites and found a significant termite issue with the property, which apparently was present for many years. **************************** company completely lied on the wdo report and falsified their inspection. I reached out to **************************** for a refund and 3 months later I still keep getting the run around on how they are processing the refund request and if I dont receive it then they will send me a check in the mail. Again, this is not true. I do not care about a $150 dollar ref

I do not care about a $150 dollar refund for the inspection report as I am out thousands already dealing with my termite issue. This company is unethical and illegitimate in their business dealings. Please save yourself a headache and do not trust this company with your home inspection.

****** as we talked earlier about your situation, unfortunately there was no visible evidence of any termite activity at your home during the inspection. The pictures you sent of the termites found were "swarmer's" which flew into your home which was not present at the time of inspection. I sent my technician back out after you first reached out and he did not find any damage, exit holes, mud tubes etc on or in your structure. He did find a couple more "swarmers" inside the home dead, but no evidence of damage or live termites. Upon further inspection of your property he extended the search into the yard away from the structure and around a tree in the front yard he then found live termites around the tree after digging into the dirt to find them at no point did he find live termites in the home. This is most likely where the swarmer's came from or they could have came from next door that is how swarmer's work, but no damage once again to your home that was visible. This was also confirmed by another pest control company that was there with my technician and they also found no visible evidence of damage, exit holes or mud tubes on the home's structure. We can only report what is visible on the structure during the time of inspection and we would never falsify documents in any way. A WDO Inspection is a visual inspection of the main dwelling only not the yard for a real estate transaction.We offered you a termite treatment also using our product Sentricon, but you denied and chose another company to perform a treatment. At this point I can sympathize with you, but unfortunately we followed all procedures and requirements for a WDO Inspection. You also stated publicly that we falsified the documents and I would like for you to submit your proof of that statement. You also stated the another company said this issue has been going on for years I would like to know how they determined that and did they find damage.Please submit your proof/findings to my email ************************************

Hello *******************,On June 15th as you returned my call and we had conversation about termites problem in my house after your people inspected it for me. If you remember it, if not you can listen recorded conversation as yours calls are recorded on your side as you said I will give you a $150 refund for WDO inspection and if there will be problem refund you back to your **** I will send you a check. Is that what you said or no? I tried to get to you so many times and your secretary always said let me leave massage and someone will call you back but not even one time someone return my call. I'm regretting to hire you, just waisted my time and money. Also when Im giving you negative review on ****** you are blocking it so no one can see it. Is that how you getting only good reviews?
