      I went on this website to order 1 bottle of serum which was supposed to be $44.00. I checked my bank account and they charged $97.00 and $59.00 for something I didn't order. I sent them an email to cancel my order and everything else and they confirmed. That was on Monday. Today they sent me an email with tracking numbers for the orders. I then replied back saying to cancel it. They replied back they can give me 40% refund and I can keep the merchandise. I said no I want all my money refunded. They had a whole day to stop the shipping. I'm not paying anything.

      I Ordered Noor Hair's Love Hair growth serum 5/08/2023 in the amount of $44.90 via the internet, the package was supposed to be delivered 5/12/2023. On the delivery date I received a notice from the post office stating the package was returned to Noor Hair due to insufficient address, **** didn't put my address on the label, in turn the package was sent back to Noor Hair.I have called them at **************, no answer, but I left a voice mail- I have emailed them 3 time already and screen shot a photo of the *********** letter. All I want is my money back ASAP.Thank You!

      I ordered the product with order NH37657 on 4/23/23. I got a message that my credit card has rejected the sale. They told me to try it again. I did and my bank contacted me telling me these purchases were not safe. Later that day the company charged me three times. Took the money out of my checking account. I told them to cancel the orders after it took them three days to send me a receipt. They took another week to send me the products. I told them they have a risk free policy but emailing me telling me there is a restricted refund policy. I read the terms and conditions and there is nothing on the website about refunds being restricted. They are offering me 60% refund. I want a full refund for stalling and not refunding my money. I'm under the 180 days refund policy I want my full refund of $156.00 not $93.20. They are deceiving in policies online about a risk free refund. They lied about the credit card not going through when it did. My bank warning me about their business.

      I ordered some hair supplements which were very expensive at $156 each box and I had 2 boxes. They have a 180 day money back return policy. I checked the tracking on April 25th and the items were delivered but they were never picked up. I still have not gotten my refund. I have called them several times every day for the last 5 days and no one returns my call.

      I made a purchase online with this company on 3/16/23 and I have not yet received my products. I emailed the company for an update on the status of my order and received no response. I emailed two more times and still no response. I then came on to the BBB site and found a number to call. The number that is listed is not the number to the company. I spoke with the young man that the number is sent to and he stated that he has gotten over a hundred calls within the last four days from around the world. All I want are the products that they have already been paid for.

      I received a 6 months supply of a hair grow serum. I paid $156 for the 6 months supply. On their website indicates a 180 day money back guarantee no questions asked. I used one bottle and realized I had a reaction it made my scalp very itchy and I got small bumps. I indicated all of this to the seller. I sent back the product for them to look over and I still have not received an email or response or refund from this company. It has been 23 days since I mailed back the product. They also have a phone number but it just goes straight to voicemail. I just want my money back or at least most of it considering one bottle was pretty much used.

      I purchase a product from this company on 3/26/2023. order number NH32972.i was told I would receive my product in 3-5 days. i cant call because the phone number listed does not have a live person to talk to. only communication is via email that takes a couple day to get a response. i ordered this product and never received it they kept telling me that they were working on it. Then I get another email 4/11/2023 stating that the product was out of stock and they would credit my account. I have asked several times via email for a credit back to my account because I never received the purchase. Today I get an email stating the my purchase have been shipped out. i did not agree to this and I don't understand why it is so difficult for tis company to return my money when they hadn't provided the product in the time frame stated on the website. there is no way to get a hold of anyone to talk to. the phone number listed is for ********** **************) but the business is in *******. this seem like a shady business. can you please look into this business and figure out what the deal is with them.

      I saw an advertisement on my cell phone about a hair product that can help to eliminate thin balding hair and make it ****** and thicker. Also that the product has a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back with no questions asked, as long as it is within the 180 return policy. I was double charged when I purchased the product and tried to call them to refund back money for the double charge and their phone just cuts off all the time. Anyway, I have used the product for nearly a month and have not seen any changes to my hair and reached out to them that I want to return the products and get my full refund back and was told I can only get 40% of the money back. So I informed the lady what their advertised policy states and informed her, that I would be reaching out to Better Business Bureau.

      I am rejecting this response because: the business has provided everything that transpired between us but has failed to address the issue of refunding me back my full refund of $192. I have the products already boxed ready to send back to Noor Hair and awaiting labels and confirmation of refunding me back my full amount purchased $192. Until I get this response sent as a reply to both myself and BBB I will not accept Noor Hairs response to this complaint. Unfortunately, I can only receive the refund in a check because my debit card has been cancelled by my bank, due to fraudulent activities noticed on it and not approved by me. I sent them an email today that I need the balance of $96 in order to complete the full refund. I have not received any response in regard to my email. This company does not keep to their guaranteed promise as you can see.

      I ordered the **** products, when I received the purchase, I realized it has magnesium stearate in it. I looked at the ingredients before I purchased and didn't see it before buying. When i got the bottles, it was listed. I cannot use this product with it in it. I'm in heart failure and this is an ingredient *************** told me to stay clear of. It can worsen my condition. The contacts to this company did not work. I tried contacting. They do have a money guarantee on their site.
