Noor Hair offers their customers a 180 day guarantee, money back. I received their product on December 26, 2022, I tried their product on December 27, 2022 and got an allergic reaction where my whole face turned red and felt like it was burning within 15 minutes of taking it. It was physically visible on my face, so I emailed them telling them of my reaction to their product and asked for my money back, I was offered a 40% discount on the 27th and then a 60% discount on Dec 30th, each time I reminded them that I did not want to continue to use their product since I had an adverse reaction to it, they sent me their address to return their product along with a request to give them the tracking number and a picture of what I was sending back, which I did on December 30th. I received an email on Jan 2, 2023 and said they would be refunding the account I used to purchase their product within a few days, I have never received the refund of $20.00, $40.00 and $158.00 and I feel that they owe me for postage of $14.55 too that I had to spend to send their products back to an address that according to the **** no longer was their address and there was no forwarding address.Business response
