********************* on this product! Just vitamins your Dr already gives you. I took over a bottle and she said these are the same vitamins she has recommended for me for overall health not hair. Send it back and demand a refund! They refuse to give me a return address! And they have my money.Review from Tana S

I ordered the hair vitamins and super serum on 12/30/23 and 12/31/23. I ended up having a bad severe allergic reaction to the products and damage to my hair. I tried calling, but after the first ring was forwarded to a prerecorded message stating that unfortunately all of our agents are assisting other customers right now, please try your call again later or send an email to noorhairofficial.com and then the call disconnects. I sent an email asking for a refund of $87.96 based on their 180 day no questions asked satisfaction guarantee or your money back policy listed on their website and due to the severe allergic reaction I have and damage to my hair and I did not receive a response to my email. As such, based on this being my first and last time ordering from this company, I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone moving forward.

On 11/28/23 I purchased products from this company in the amount of $151.20 because of their Black Friday sale. Up-to-date I have not received my merchandise. I have spoken with them twice and have been told I would receive the products within the next week. I made a third call only to get a recording indicating they would not be taking calls or emails until after January 1, 2024. Today is January 2, 2024 and I keep getting put on hold. These people are playing games. I tried to be patient, but I am tired now. They are not responding to calls at all just putting me on hold. If I cannot get through today I will contact my bank to pull back my payment. Poor business practice! I will not purchase anymore products from them.Review from BRENDA S

I've been ordering this product Noor for over 5 months and I do not see any difference in my hair growth! This is a scam! For them to be so expensive for one bottle is $67 when you order a whole four pack is 160 something unless you get a discount and the price go up and up they charge too much for this hair growth product that don't work it is December 30th 2023 and this is my last time ordering ever from this company because I don't see no growth and I've been using this for months I'm so sick of all these false advertisement everybody pretended like they got the magic for your hair and you start paying all your heart earned money and then you ain't seeing no results

Even though I expedited the noor ******* hair growth h serum, it never came. When I checked tracking it read that it was dropped off somewhere completely different from my address I paid a total of $165.00 for the ******* which I need because I am going out of town on Christmas Day. I do not recommend this company! This company sent Noor ***** to me after I requested to cancel my order due to thier product delay. They offered a 60% discount and never applied it to my account! I finally tried the product after NOT being refunded and had an allergic reation. Therefore, had to buy Benedryl. Horrible product, horrible experience!Review from Sherry W

Placed an order and immediately regretted it tried to cancel and sent emails and tired called . No one got back to me until they said they already shipped the product . Offered me a 40% discount to keep the product Ive yet to receive or get shipping details. Lastly i have to pay for return shipping costs and shipping i paid with the order is also not refundable . What a scam!
