  I placed an order on April 14, 2025. I received a message that my order was shipped, and given a tracking number on April 24, 2025. I keep checking the tracking number, and it says a label was created "USPS awaiting item." . Today is May 1, 2025. Their website says "Orders are processed for shipment within 2-3 days. After your order is processed, it takes 3-5 business days for the shipment to arrive. Processing may take longer if the order was placed around the Holidays or on a weekend." Do the math. Last night, I sent an email for immediate assistance. Have not heard from them, Disappointed. Yes, I checked my email. One star for now because I can't leave a starless remark.

  I bought a jar of hair serum a few months ago and was unhappy with it but allowed the payment to go through via ****** to a credit card. Then I received an email from Noor Hair saying my subscription ordered product was in transit. I do not have a subscription and wrote them to get this charge removed. I have now received a box, presumably what they said was in transit but that I had not ordered nor subscribed for. I tried calling the number listed but they hang up without letting me speak to anyone. I dont know where to send the box in return and have requested ****** to negate the charge.

  I used the products for over six months without any positive results. I still have some of their products and now I am giving them out to family and friends willing to try them. The shampoo dries out my hair. It was a waste of my money!

  I attempted to make this purchase online which I was led to believe I was getting one particular product but, it turned out to be two different products which I had no clue. The second product after viewing my account had it as a reoccurring item I had not agreed to. Being that I was a first time buyer how could continue using a product I had never purchased and not know the results. I received several emails in just that one day of the transaction welcoming as an employee with a company I know nothing about. The online site is very confusing and deceptive in my opinion because looking for confirmation I could not leave the website without checking off a box and reading that I would be able to view my purchase at checkout. That never happened and when I looked at the receipt there were two. As I checked my account indeed the seller had as purchasing more than I thought and negatively impact me greatly when I could only purchase the one thing without my account being overdrawn. The next day after making the purchase I received an email explaining they could not fill my order due to supply in demand it was not available but, they took my money giving me an option to purchase something else which that was not my intention. A first time buyer not knowing the results after use why would I be willing to buy something else. I would never agree to something like that.

  It would be helpful to know how much Dimethicone is included in ****** Wonder Growth Spray. The product's ****** listing includes this ingredient, which is a synthetic siliconeon its ingredient list. However, this ingredient does not appear on the ingredient list provided on Noors official website, despite being present in the ********** addition, this product is said to be for scalp care, and applying Dimethicone to the scalp is not recommended to my knowledge as it has the potential to cause build up, which requires sulfate shampoo to remove. It may also cause potential irritation, dryness, and an unhealthy scalp environment for hair growth. NOOR HAIR, please correct me if I'm wrong.I have asked customer service at ******************** twice and both agents let me know there is no Dimethicone in this product. I would appreciate a clear answer. I have experienced issues with silicone in the past, which contributed to scalp issues and hair loss, hence the inquiry. I would appreciate your attention to this.Sincerely.

  The customer service department does not respond to emails or phone calls. I have been trying for months to cancel my subscription, I do not like receiving overdraft fees due to Noor's poor customer service.

  ********************* on this product! Just vitamins your Dr already gives you. I took over a bottle and she said these are the same vitamins she has recommended for me for overall health not hair. Send it back and demand a refund! They refuse to give me a return address! And they have my money.

  I ordered the hair vitamins and super serum on 12/30/23 and 12/31/23. I ended up having a bad severe allergic reaction to the products and damage to my hair. I tried calling, but after the first ring was forwarded to a prerecorded message stating that unfortunately all of our agents are assisting other customers right now, please try your call again later or send an email to noorhairofficial.com and then the call disconnects. I sent an email asking for a refund of $87.96 based on their 180 day no questions asked satisfaction guarantee or your money back policy listed on their website and due to the severe allergic reaction I have and damage to my hair and I did not receive a response to my email. As such, based on this being my first and last time ordering from this company, I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone moving forward.

  On 11/28/23 I purchased products from this company in the amount of $151.20 because of their Black Friday sale. Up-to-date I have not received my merchandise. I have spoken with them twice and have been told I would receive the products within the next week. I made a third call only to get a recording indicating they would not be taking calls or emails until after January 1, 2024. Today is January 2, 2024 and I keep getting put on hold. These people are playing games. I tried to be patient, but I am tired now. They are not responding to calls at all just putting me on hold. If I cannot get through today I will contact my bank to pull back my payment. Poor business practice! I will not purchase anymore products from them.
