1 starPlease be aware of this bank, I bank with them but Im in the process of changing banks because theyre doing things now that borderline discriminatory. I have a heloc with them and everything was smooth when I opened it, now after a few years I wanted to raise the limit to see if I can get a rental property. The so called underwriter asked for all the paperwork, and thats normal I get it, but then she starts asking through a third ****** because I have never spoken to her directly, the contract for the rental, which I dont have, then she wanted the divorce decree, then she wanted the insurance statement with Seacoast as the secondary mortgage, and the problem with that is, THEY HAVE THAT, the insurance agency doesnt send that to me, they send that directly to them and they have it because if they didnt theyd be sending me letters threatening me with buying insurance at whatever price. I truly believe this lady is discriminating against me that way because I have spoken with other banks and they have told me thats not standard procedure. Please be careful with that bank because theyre using that to deny people who qualify.Review fromCarl A

1 starI opened a Seacoast Bank account online, and then deposited funds into my new account. I then got an email saying I didnt qualify for the checking account with no explanation. How does one not qualify for a checking account. I have great credit. My issue is they took my transfer, and will not return it back to the account or card it came from. Something isnt right with this banking institute. Please be careful!!!Review fromDelton H

************* will never do business with them ever again. Only have one branch in our county. Don't do what they say they are going to do. They lie and need to be shut down as a bank. I tried to give them a chance as a smaller bank but h*** no. I'll take my chance with the larger banksSeacoast Banking Corporation of Florida

1 starTrying to get a loan to pay existing loan which is costing me $700+ a month because of the way they have it set up. I've been turned down which makes Absolutely no sense when the current $700+ surely would cover the payment of a new loan. And can they think straight?? I'm paying 4.x %, a new loan would be probably double the rate, and you don't want to give me a new loan and make more money for the bank...how stupid. Been with the bank since 1985, paid off my mortgage, never late or missed a payment. What happened to loyalty to the customer, I will never recommend ********************** to anyone else again.Review fromDavid M

I have been dealing with nothing but nonsense since February of the prior year when seacoast purchased my bank drum and community Bank for the last two months, I havent been able to make any purchases or pay any bills online through my bank or with my credit card or debit card through seacoast But theyve managed to sell my information or give my information to people all across the ************* who have continuously tried to use it but they keep saying they dont know how theyre getting my bank banking information. I am still in possession of all my cards no one has ever had my cards. I still have the cards even the ones they canceled which people and other states are frequently trying to use so I wonder who is actually selling and giving my information away seacoast because prior bank ******** I never had these problems, but as it stands, I cant even make monthly payments to my mortgage on my truck to my credit cards or any place else for the problems through SeacoastBank and Im still waiting for , a solution or a resolution it has cost me at least $1000 through late payments having to redo my LLC or redoing the insurance for my LLC because of late payments or payments refused by SeacoastBank even though I am the owner of my bank account and they seem to have the problem with letting me use money in my bank account to pay my own bills. I am quite tired of the situation and the problems or the lack of care from SeacoastBank or the fact that they are literally costing me money because they cant even protect my account or my money. Ive pulled all my money from both my accounts, both my business and my checking account because they keep blocking the account down which means I dont have access to money in my account unless I keep it all pulled out and cash on hand and then I just need other people to use their bank account and me to give them money to pay my bills, which is the most ridiculous thing Ive ever had to deal with in my life , your SeacoastBankSeacoast Banking Corporation of Florida

5 starsSeacoast Bank is a great bank to do business with, I have been a member since 2014 and have no issuesquick customer service. I love how this bank blocks companies that sometimes try to put a hold (fees) of $75-$100 on your card when you use it at the gas pump. Also, they don't allow excessive ATM fees if you use a non-Seacoast Bank ATM.Thank you,******
