      I have been dealing with nothing but nonsense since February of the prior year when seacoast purchased my bank drum and community Bank for the last two months, I havent been able to make any purchases or pay any bills online through my bank or with my credit card or debit card through seacoast But theyve managed to sell my information or give my information to people all across the ************* who have continuously tried to use it but they keep saying they dont know how theyre getting my bank banking information. I am still in possession of all my cards no one has ever had my cards. I still have the cards even the ones they canceled which people and other states are frequently trying to use so I wonder who is actually selling and giving my information away seacoast because prior bank ******** I never had these problems, but as it stands, I cant even make monthly payments to my mortgage on my truck to my credit cards or any place else for the problems through SeacoastBank and Im still waiting for , a solution or a resolution it has cost me at least $1000 through late payments having to redo my LLC or redoing the insurance for my LLC because of late payments or payments refused by SeacoastBank even though I am the owner of my bank account and they seem to have the problem with letting me use money in my bank account to pay my own bills. I am quite tired of the situation and the problems or the lack of care from SeacoastBank or the fact that they are literally costing me money because they cant even protect my account or my money. Ive pulled all my money from both my accounts, both my business and my checking account because they keep blocking the account down which means I dont have access to money in my account unless I keep it all pulled out and cash on hand and then I just need other people to use their bank account and me to give them money to pay my bills, which is the most ridiculous thing Ive ever had to deal with in my life , your SeacoastBank

      Seacoast Bank would like to express our sincere empathy for the unfortunate experience you encountered.  Our research indicates the Bank proactively acted to protect your accounts from being compromised and accessed by an unauthorized third party.  Our banking center staff explained that when the Bank identifies unauthorized devices are attempting to compromise customer accounts online, we act quickly to protect customer accounts.  We block the accounts and ask the customer to setup new accounts to safeguard their funds.  With direction from our customers, we can authorize legitimate transactions to be paid during this transition process.  We are pleased these quick actions prevented fraud losses.

      Horrible bank. Overdraft fees and return fees will be put on your account just for them to get money. This bank has really been ridiculously horrible since it was changed from ******** bank. They tell you one thing and it changes later on.

      Seacoast Bank is a great bank to do business with, I have been a member since 2014 and have no issuesquick customer service. I love how this bank blocks companies that sometimes try to put a hold (fees) of $75-$100 on your card when you use it at the gas pump. Also, they don't allow excessive ATM fees if you use a non-Seacoast Bank ATM.Thank you,******

      Do not use this bank for a mortgage. I applying for a mortgage with this bank and was told I would be given a pre-approval letter after my credit was run. The loan officer also gave a me a list out of all fees and said there would be no points to receive a mortgage rate of 6.8%. Now that I made an offer on a property and need a pre-approval letter they said they can only provide me a pre-qual letter. They also said I would now have to pay points and the interest rate is higher than 8%. The rate on their website for today is listed as 6.8%. They also claim to have lost all my paperwork with my private bank account information and social security information and tax details. They could not explain what happened to the information. They also could not explain why they are changing their tune about fees now. Do not use this bank!

      There's a reason it is not BBB accredited. Business owner here with multiple accounts created with ************ that changed to Seacoast when they got bought. Completely different bank now and predatory. They are clearly failing as they should. Take your money elsewhere.

      07/31/2023 My dad had an account with ********************** at the ********** branch. I was on his account as he was elderly. When he passed, I had to make several calls to try and make sure everything was taken care of in order to close the account. Everyone I spoke with at this location was extremely kind, compassionate, caring and went out of their way to help me and make it as easy as possible. Words are not enough to express how grateful I am for their eagerness to help me during this sad time. I would highly recommend this Seacoast branch in ********** for your banking needs. ******************

      If it would let me, I wouldnt give them any stars! Seacoast Bank ruined my life and ruined my credit! I had been a customer since ****. Every thing went bad from **** on. You pay your bills and know the money is there to cover them , but Seacoast holds on to all of them till the weekend and they pay the smallest one to the largest one, regardless of the day you actually paid the bill. Then they start charging overdraft fees. They would charge me no less then 5 overdrafts per week, making me have to rely on pay here loans. Then I couldnt pay those loans and got further in debt! I finally switched three years ago to another bank. Seacoast still hounds me to pay the overdraft charges. I found out that banks are only supposed to charge only 3 overdrafts per month. If I still had all my statements, I would *** them!! They owe me thousands of dollars! This bank should be investigated.

      5-26-23 In my opinion this bank is not trustworthy. I've had two accounts there about 7 years, a home equity line of credit and a checking. My experience with the loan department has been extremely problematic. The loan department recently charged me over $6,000 for force-placed wind-only insurance from 2021-a year and a half ago! They did not give me advance notice as evidenced by my 2021 1098 from them-there was no mention of escrow due! Try fighting a bank to get your money back-it's not fun! Plus the last two months I've made on-time payments and both times they've charged me a late fee of $31. Then you have to spend your time calling or writing in to get it reversed and how many people don't have the time or miss it? It all adds up in the bank's favor because they have the resources to wear the little guy down. A fee here, another one there...and so it goes. This bank is not trustworthy in my opinion.
