A very polished appearance and approach to customers. Not impressed by the fluff. ******************** needed a pan gasket. Dealership said it was on back order so they forced me to pay for a whole new pan which includes a new gasket. But we discounted it for you they said. So what? Why do you tear things apart before you check to have parts on hand? Why didn't you contact another dealership or an aftermarket parts supplier to get one? Why did you bother to explain to me that I was going to incur an upcharge? I went all the way to the general manager with no satisfaction. Unless you don't mind partying with your money, be wary at this place.Essential Ford of Stuart

*******, all **** dealerships exclusively use **** OEM parts, as aftermarket parts do not meet ****'s requirements. **** also checks with other dealerships to see if a part is available.
In the case of your vehicle's repair, the best and right solution was what we recommended. This ensured your vehicle was repaired properly and done right the first time. Maybe this was a little more expensive than you wanted to pay, but at Essential Ford, your safety is our top priority, and we feel our customers and their families are worth it.

5 starsBest service. We had a problem with our vehicle on the way home to NC. They went above and beyond to help us. Unfortunately they have to order parts but did make sure we got a rental car to make it home. Would highly recommend them to anyone. But not happy with other dealership who lied about doing recall repair and did not perform the work and closed out the recall order so we are out of pocket for repairsReview fromDon W

ZERO ************** DO NOT BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY ESSENTIAL **** WILL NOT HONOR IT!!!!!!!!!We are a 4th generation **** Employee family, were about to special order our 2nd truck. That would be our 10th **** purchase but not anymore. My *************************** the shop due to a recurring taillight issue. Instead of honoring their product and long time customer, ********************** REFUSED TO FIX the issue . Instead tried to get me to purchase another( 2nd) taillight for an astronomical amount. Oh BTW I have an extended premium warranty BUT they said this recurring issue was somehow not covered. I have reported them to my contact at ******************. My husband and I have been customer's at Essential Ford since it was Advantage Ford. The entire staff, from the General Sales Manager, *****, to ***** at the cashier's desk, is knowledgeable, capable and make us feel like family. I've always disliked the process of buying a vehicle, but our last two purchases have proven that you can actually enjoy the experience! I highly recommend Essential Ford. I had issues with my transmission, ****** took full control, gave me a new vehicle to use while they are looking at the problem. ****** called me , they found the problem he ask if I could Leave my truck there so they could repair the issue. Fortunately, everything was under warranty and the loaner car was free. I couldnt be any more pleased with the service that was done.Essential Ford of Stuart

This dealership is terrible! Im on vacation in ******* from **** and my 2021 Bronco decided to break down. A full week after getting it towed to Essential Ford of ************************ in the service department tells me its the alternator and will need to order the part. Im have spent over $1,200 more than I budgeted due to having to stay longer than expected in ******* and wait for them to get my Bronco in. He tells me on Wednesday that the part came in and it should be done tomorrow. On Thursday, he calls and says they couldnt get it in and theyre hoping they can get it in on Friday. Mind you, if they dont, thats another weekend I have to pay for a rental car and motel to stay in. I would think after paying almost $40k for a vehicle I would get treated better than this. Stay away from Essential Ford!!!Update I had to call ****s customer service. The **** representative (********, shes incredible!) was appalled at the situation and called **** to see what was going on. She called me back very quickly and said to go pick it up in 1 hour. She demanded they get it fixed immediately because I would have to stay the entire weekend again, since it was Friday) and not have a place to stay. The service department (****) did not care that I was stuck ***** miles away from home, I was not in any way a priority even with my situation. I hope he experiences the same one day so he can understand how scary it was for me and my family being stranded and homeless during the hottest time of the year. After reading your comments and sitting down with both the ** and service manager, part of the issue was that you initially went to AutoZone for service. They made matters worse. On a new $40K Bronco, like yours, you should only go to manufacturer dealerships, with trained technicians who use OEM factory parts. Autozone did you no favors. Your service took longer because the parts were not in stock. I know you were frustrated because you were on vacation, but there is nothing we could have done to speed up the process. I've taken my 2013 Ford F-150 truck to Essential Ford since I purchased the vehicle. The staff is always prompt, friendly, and efficient. I took it to another dealer a few months ago for a different issue, and they were friendly, but I didn't feel like I got the same service as Essential Ford. Won't take my truck anywhere else, from now on!Essential Ford of Stuart
