Natural flow was contracted to replace our sliding glass doors in 3 rooms, living room, and 2 bedrooms. The owner of the company provided the quote and answered our questions. The problem(s) started when we realized the things he promised to do for a smooth installation were not in the contract and in some cases contradicted the contract. Prior to demolition, we asked if I needed my tile contractor to make a proper cut so we would have a finished edge for the new doors. The owner replied, No, my guys will take care of it will be perfect and they will make it seamless. It was not seamless. They broke 5 tiles on the inside and 9 tiles on the outside. I had to hire someone to fix their errors for $2,000. Once the doors were installed we noticed a manufacturing defect in between the laminated glass panels. As a result they had to order a new panel from the manufacturer and we had to hire someone else to install it. We also had a problem with the seal in a bedroom. They said it was just weather stripping. They said they would fix it and never did. The doors were supposed to come with screens, as it says in the contract. We received screens for the bedrooms, but not the living room. The owner told me that our original discussion did not include screens, but they were providing them to us as a favor. The screens were clearly written into the contract. As it turns out, Natural flow had only one screen for the living room and 2 were required. We finally received the screens and we got 2 right hand screen instead of a Left and Right as needed. In the end, Natural Flow said we needed to contact the window manufacturer to complete the outstanding issues, which is not what we contracted Natural flow to do. They knowingly installed a defective panel, damaged the tile which I had to pay for the repair, never fixed the weather stripping and washed their hands by saying its a manufacturing issue. Horrible experience.
