After a few weeks of trying to get an appointment. My job isn't a 9-5 and had to reschedule a couple times which likely irritated ******* *********. On 4/1 i had hand surgery and on narcotic pain meds. Insincere i was on medical leave, I had my appointment with ******* on 4/3. I mentioned that i was using a competitor who ruined my credit. ******* went over my accounts from a soft credit pull. She gave me a nearly $300 payment which was up from my initial $200 quote. I think she said 24 months. I asked if additional months available for lower monthly payment. She said no. She wanted me to setup my 1st payment. I asked for a breakdown of my bills, the payment, and fees. She said only after I make my 1st payment. I said I'd rather see in writing 1st. She kept asking for a payment. I said I'm currently taking ******* and one shouldn't enter into a legal agreement when under the influences. She ignored this statement and said, I could break up my 1st payment in 2 and asked what date to start. ***! I asked for the paperwork in writing to look over and she said only if i make 1st payment as it would be sent over after. Again, I said my mind is not clear due to ******* and hand pain. She went on about how I will decide when to settle with creditors and then asked for my money for gas, food, utilities, etc and then said your budget can afford the $291 and asked when to make the 1st payment. She completely ignored my concerns and wanted my banking info or debit card over the phone to setup new payment schedule. She came across as a car sales person. She must be on commission because she seems cared less about the customer's needs and concerns.Turbo Debt LLC

Wow! I am not sure how this company got the ratings from the BBB but I am starting to suspect companies pay the BBB for ratings. I called, very nice associate transferred me to a specialist. I didnt want to give my SS number where he proceeded to become very hostile. I asked him if he was having a bad day or something. He said well you are the one who called needing help. I responded that I was just doing due diligence just trying to find out information. He responded rudely that he would have done that before he called. At no time was I hostile or mean to this young man because I thought maybe he was just having a bad day.I thought about it for awhile and called back asking to speak with a supervisor. A very nice man said **** would call me back in 10 minutes. Needless to say **** never called back. So I called back and was transferred 3x until I reached a lovely woman who gave me Turbo Debts Main phone number. I then spoke to another man who told me **** would call me back at the end of the day. She had been called into an emergency meeting. My advice is: If this is the service they are giving someone they are trying to Sign Up for their services; run, dont walk and find someone else. The people who initially answer the phone though are lovely.Turbo Debt LLC

1 starI clicked on an Instagram ad for this company and just spoke to someone who said theyd send their credentials and that they are 5 Star BBB rated. Well when I opened the email and clicked on the link to the BBB, it brought up a different company on this site, called ********************. THAT company has a lot of 5 stars. So I went to the search bar and typed in Turbo Debt and it brings up all of these one star reviews. Very Sketchy. Because it was an ad on Instagram I actually thought it had some validity, silly me. I live and I learn and Im glad I did my research before getting scammed!Review fromGeorge S

1 starTurbo Debt did not resolve my consolidation as they promised. We are going on three months now and they have been withdrawing money from my checking account for their zero services. Trying to get a hold of them but they are unavailable.Review fromMelissa M

1 starTHIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Spoke with one of their agents hoping to get some real help with my debt, after sharing my personal information with them, they never call back when I called their office its asking to leave message no reply. Now they are using my information to try and apply for loan luckily they didnt because credit is messed up. People need legitimate help not a company pretending to help.Review fromMarissa M

1 starI’ve reached 3 voicemails from “***** from Turbo Debt getting back to me in regards to an application” not including a handful of missed calls with a similar number, but never the exact same number. I’ve never reached out to this company, nor have I filed an application for anything with them. I don’t even know what this company does honestly. All 3 voicemails are exactly the same… the same voice, same length at :17 seconds, and the same pauses in between sentences and words. I could play them all at the same time and I swear they’d be in sync and you wouldn’t even know it’s 3 different voicemails. I received the voicemails on 9/16 at 12:36pm, 9/18 at 12:38pm, and 11/3 at 8:42pm. The most recent one waking up my newborn and my toddler as they’ve recently just gone to bed for the night. Completely unacceptable. Do better and deal with people who actually reach out to the company rather than people that don’t.Review fromKara S

1 starI called thru the relay as I am hard of hearing and cannot hear on the phone. I was told then that I would have to stop paying my bills for 3 months and I refuse to do that so I told them I didnt need their services. They kept trying to make an appointment to call me back, I told them over and over that they cannot call me back as I cannot hear on the phone. They have called me over and over from different numbers and I say to not call me back. They still keep calling me.Review fromAnn C

I just recently canceled my contract with ***/Turbo debt. When I originally signed up, the person talking with me seemed a little pushy. I let it go. He specifically showed me that I could cancel at any time. So, I signed up but changed my mind, due to speaking with others. So, I signed the paperwork on the contract saying I wanted to cancel and submitted it needing to get advice from a financial advisor. I didnt expect how hateful or angry this guy was going to be. I answered his call this afternoon and I told him, when he asked why, that I read through the contract and I didnt see that this program guaranteed my debt to be settled. I needed more time to talk to an advisor about all my options. When I said that, he got angry. Here are some of the things he said: You didnt tell me you had an advisor when I spoke to you. Where was your advisor when you decided to get yourself into that much debt? Why did you call us if you had someone like that? You were so sure about doing this last week, you never hesitated. I never told you that you should cancel. You cant cancel! I didnt spend 2 hours of my life talking to you so then you would just cancel! After some of these comments I tried to explain that I just needed a few more weeks to think on it. Honestly, after the way he kept raising his voice I got mad. I raised my voice to get a word in. I said, I do not understand why you keep yelling at me when I have the right to cancel.Honestly, there was more stuff I just dont remember. Im so baffled that he spoke to me that way when I was being honest in changing my mind and continued to try and be nice through all the insults. I think he needs to be re-trained on how to speak to people. I understand that when a client cancels, its frustrating. But no one has a right to speak to me the way he did. They dont tell you that, when you pay all this money, debt relief isnt guaranteedTurbo Debt LLC

SCAM ALERT!Was supposedly transferred to national debt relief, kept on the phone for 2 hours while my financial situation was being twisted in an attempt to brainwash me into making a bad decision. I dont think any legit company trying to help you financially would keep you on the phone that long talking in circles with facts that arent true and then advise you to default on all your credit cards. There were moments the guy got rude/aggressive so i had to back. 0/10 recommend. My red flag radar went off hard, i said give me a week to look into this and so i did. They texted before they were calling me back which i replied that ill pass & why. They still called me and tried to lie some more to convince me. I had opened a cc with 0% apr for 24mos that had $6k (transferred from another card) im already halfway paid up in LESS than a yr he kept trying to convince me again oh your apr will go up end if this yr umm no it wont i got that card bc it said 24mos.. like he really tried so i had to again get aggressive to say my answer is no. If you have another option ill hear it but its only that or they arent actually helping you. So i blocked the number now hoping they dont call againTurbo Debt LLC
