    I had a broken spring and call three companies, *** GD had the lowest estimate and longest warrantee. I decided to go with them. The young man that came to replace the spring was very competent and completed the job quickly after we agreed on a price. I had did my research before hiring this company which is always a must when having anything done to your home.

    I have read the previous negative reviews and agree with them all. This is a company that is uneithical and preys on elderly unknowledgable customers. I had exactly the same experience with price gorging etc. Another problem I am having with them is that I asked and never received their business or technician license. If they do not have one I should be entitled to have my money returned as I hired a licensed trained garage door tech.I would like BBB to look into this as well.BTW kI will not accept the programed response that the owner? gives to these review. It is word by word that I was told over the phone.
