      On 5/31/2024, I ordered a Bellefit Cheekster Corset - Large. They charged me $71.10 for this postpartum girdle corset and have written on their site that they accept returns within 30 days of purchase. I immediately saw the product and knew that it would be too large for me, so I sent a request for a return. Once I received the return order, I dropped it off at my local post office to be mailed to them for my money back. I knew I would get my refund, as this had never been worn by me. Tags were still attached and it was good to go. I sent it back on 6/13/2024. Almost a month passes and Im wondering why I havent gotten my money back. Low and behold, I find they sent me the same size corset in the mail on July 1, 2024. To my surprise, it is a new corset in a package. I get an email from them telling me that the panel had been soiled or stained. I wrote them to say that is incorrect, as I had not worn it - not even to try it on. They responded with the same thing and told me they have health regulations, which is a complete scam! I read reviews on their site and this seems to be quite a scheme on their part because tons and tons of women have been complaining about not being able to reach these people for a return. I saw reviews stating the exact situation I am in now. Like me, these women are trying to heal after traumatizing c-section surgeries and they arent getting their money back to try out something new nor are they getting an exchange for a new size! Bellefit just responds with sarcasm. I find it unbelievable and this company should pay what they owe back to people who have sent a completely clean product back to them. The photos they sent me of my soiled or stained purchase were completely insane. The product had no stain whatsoever- not even in the photos they took themselves. I feel scammed out of my money and I want it back plus the amount I sent to actually return the product, which was $8 in shipping and the cost to package the item.

      I purchased a bundle of two on May 17, 2024 I paid $140.00 My package was returned due to insufficient address. I emailed customer service to see if they can ship it back and included my address again. They asked if I wanted the product or money back, I wanted the products which they told me once they received the return they would ship it back and I would have to pay for shipping. I still havent received an invoice to pay for shipping nor the product.

      An item was purchased from Bellefit - a post partum girdle. I ordered the specific size to fit my body requirements. The garment did not fit. I could not even get the girdle over my thighs or from the top past my shoulders. I immediately placed it back in its package and notified the company. As soon as they sent me the email for a label, I went to send it back. Less than 1 week of receiving. I paid to print the return label and also paid for a return package to then send in the return immediately after receiving it. I received an email this week stating the "garment was stained/damaged" and they would not honor my refund. When I disputed this, stating I could not even get the garment on and immediately placed it back in packaging, they sent another email stating that they would still not honor my refund due to "staining" to which the pictures they sent had no stains at all. Upon investigation, in their reviews, they have done this to multiple customers and make it a point to accuse anyone wanting a refund for misfitting garments, that there is a stain on said garments.

      I ordered a griddle from them since they seemed like an honest company. Once it arrived like anything you order online you have to try it on. I tried on and took it off immediately it did not fit. There policy is a 30 day return which as soon as I saw it did not fit I filed a return. Please keep in mind no tags were removed from the item and it was just tried on. I returned it and a couple of days later get an email from them claiming that the item is not in NEW conditions?? They send bogus photos that show the item clearly in new conditions no where on there websites does it state no returns allowed. They are crooks and scammers that deceive consumers!!! They want to claim it was streatched and force me to have to pay for something that does not fit!!

      These are images that they claiming that there product was stretched which shows nothing. It was tried on and being to loose I took it off right  away  and I emailed them the same day.  I attached a screenshot of the email where I even stated that it was too loose. It would only stretch out if it was too tight which it wasnt.  I sent their product back immediately with tags still attached. They claim that their products are medical devices and need to be in new condition yet they allow returns makes zero sense at all they seem very fraudulent to consumers.

      At our company, we place a strong emphasis on upholding hygiene and health regulations. Therefore, an item should not be returned past the point of being tried on to prevent stretches and boning deformation. (Which is the case here)


      For your reference, attached to this email are pictures of the condition of the returned girdle, as documented by our returns department. The girdle was subsequently sent back to you and was delivered on April 4-2024.       I am rejecting this response because: Ok so now you are claiming its stained? I attached picture of what your rep sent me. You originally rejected the return because it was stretched I attached photos of the email that was sent to me. Which one is it? Im starting to think you gave me a returned griddle. You guys are unethical and have several complaints with the same reason!! Its no coincidence unethical business practice. I DO NOT want your product I want to RETURN it DO not send me anything back I DONT WANT IT!! Nor do I want a 50% refund you have no reason to deny the return. I followed all of the policies the griddle is in perfect condition. You cannot force me to pay for this keep your product. Your company needs to be sued in a class action lawsuit for being unethical. This is no way to run a business.

      I ordered a postpartum garment. I tried it on as soon as I received it and couldnt even pull it up over my thighs. It was atleast 2 sizes too small. I put it back in its original packaging. Tags still on and shipped it back. They refused to return it because they said it was stained. I didnt inspect the garment before trying it on or shipping it back but I dont know how that stain couldve possibly come from me. It was most definitely unworn. I explained it to customer service and told them I can even send them a video that it doesnt even remotely fit me (even though that would be very awkward to record) but they refused and shipped the item back. If pictures / video of how this doesnt fit me will aid me in getting a refund Im happy to do it.

      The girdle returned by the customer ************************;is not eligible for a refund/exchange due to these specific reasons noted by the Bellefit Inspections Department:
      Girdle is stained/soiled
      We understand that customers need to try on the Girdles for fit and provide a 30 day Return Policy which gives customers the opportunity to exchange their size if it doesn't fit properly. However, Bellefit Girdles are Medical garments which cannot be accepted for a return or exchange if they are not in NEW condition due to U.S. health & hygiene regulations.
      The Bellefit ****************************** has provided us with photos taken of your Girdle when it was received. The photos are attached and show the condition stated above.

      I took a video and photos which were too large to add and I have a newborn to deal with so o dont have too much trike to spend on this but I received the garment back and it looks brand new. I took a video and photos of me showing I cant even pull it up over my knees. Id be happy to share a different route. Brand new , tags still on and of absolutely no use to me.

      The customer has returned a girdle with a stain on the front panel and is not brand new as she states.
      It's important for customers to verify their size using the sizing chart and try on the product with care to avoid staining or dirtying it.
      Our return instructions are clear and straightforward. However, this particular customer returned a girdle with a stain, which led to its rejection by our return department (See attached picture).
      For the convenience of the customer and to resolve this case, a 50% refund will be issued back to the customer's payment method ***** *****, and she can keep the stained girdle.

      I placed an order with Bellefit for a postpartum girdle. I followed the size chart and when I received it, it was too big. Since I had an issue with sizing I reached out to customer service to get help with sizing and asked if a smaller size would fit me. I sent my measurement and I was told that its a stretchy material so it would probably fit. The girdle ended up being on back order and it took over a month to come to me. When it came I knew it would be too big again because I had lost more weight since I originally ordered it so I requested a refund. I put everything back in its original packaging. They recently contacted me after a few weeks wait and sent me pictures of a girdle that could be anyones really with some black lines and blue stains saying that it was mine and I wouldnt get a refund. I told them that it was impossible I wasn't able to wear the girdle it was out of the package for 2 mins and the refund request was sent 5 mins after delivery there is no way I could have worn this. The company has no phone number to call so all interactions are via email. They refuse to let you speak to someone to hash out the issue. I believe they are using dishonest business practices to avoid providing a refund when appropriate. I see there is another complaint almost identical to mine and they say the same thing they say in their email but its impossible that this girdle in the picture is mine because I didnt even try it on.

      Your original order, #******, placed on June 6 for a size L Corset, was successfully shipped on June 7. However, on June 14, we received an exchange request for a smaller size, which we promptly accepted. Subsequently, exchange order #****** for the smaller size was generated and dispatched on September 1.


      Surprisingly, after processing your exchange for your original order #******, a dispute was initiated with your bank, resulting in a refund to your original payment method ***************** ****) on October 29, 2023


      Then return request for exchange order #****** was received and, upon a thorough physical inspection, was declined due to stains on the groin closure. Our decision aligns with Bellefit's commitment to adhering to Hygiene and Health Regulations.
      The rejected girdle was shipped back to you and successfully delivered on 10/30/2023


      Despite the dispute resolution in favor of the customer, she was able to retain the exchanged item at no cost. We have attached pertinent documentation, including the chargeback acceptance, shipping label for the item that did not pass inspection, proof of delivery for the same item, and photos from our Returns Department


      We would like to bring to your attention that, despite the refund issued, the exchanged item was retained. We are committed to addressing any concerns you may have and are at your disposal for further clarification or assistance

      I am rejecting this response because: I initiated the dispute with my CC company because you refused to refund me the money for the exchanged item. You claimed there were stains and sent me a photo but I dont know who that item belonged to it could have been anyones. I see from other complaints you have done this before. My understanding is that the dispute was not approved because I still see no refund for the amount paid.

We suggest contacting the bank, associated with your **************** ****, and asking when you will see your funds back on your statement. There is nothing we can do on our end since the money has already been transferred to your bank.

      Please request updated from your bank, as some banks may take days or weeks to post funds back when made through disputes. Attached is confirmation that a chargeback was accepted for your order.

I returned my previous girdle in perfect condition and I followed the same process to try the second one on to avoid any issues. I feel like this company uses tricks to avoid having to refund their customers.

      I reached out on April 7, 2023 about a return that I made for order #******. The merchandise was not worn, it had no damages, no stains, no stretches, and had not been washed. I sent each item back in its individual packaging.I was able to print the return label and took it to the **** on February 21, 2023.It was in transit on February 21, 2023, the last day for a return. I received an email on February 24, 2023, confirming the company received the package. Both the company and **** confirm this. The instructions state returns take about 30 days to be processed. I continuously checked for updates on the Bellefit link provided with lack of updates. April 7, 2023 I received a reply to my email, stating : It appears that there was a slight delay during the processing of your refund which resulted in a longer than normal time frame for refund completion.We truly apologize for this inconvenienceI waited patiently and received a new email April 11, 2023 showing I was only getting a partial refund after paying the return label. I write them the same day, asking why the partial refund. They replied, Your return was received by our return department on 2/27/2023 One item was received CORSETTHONG - XL, the price paid originally paid for this item was: $57.50 The cost of the return label was $7.95. After deducting the return label cost from the original price paid, your refund balance is $49.55.The other item on your order was not received by our warehouse department.They alone already contradicted themselves claiming they received it February 27, 2023 when **** confirmed it was delivered on the 24th. I returned both items, in its exact packaging, with tags and everything intact and they are claiming they only received one item. The lack of professionalism is ridiculous, they have failed to provide an adequate refund and have dragged this longer than it has to be. Every complain on the BBB has been related to a refund including this one.
