              I called their number an hour and 28 minutes ago, and I'm still on hold. I understand they may have high call volume, but 90 minutes on hold is ridiculous. Even during the height of COVID, when many companies had higher than normal call volumes and extended waiting times on hold, including my state's unemployment office, I never had to wait this long. It's now been over an hour and 33 minutes, and I'm still on hold. This is extremely poor customer service for a company that I thought was supposed to be there to help their members.
