  Saleman, Jerry H. explained to me that the windows will be installed 4 to 6 weeks. It is now 9 weeks and I am told that the windows will not be installed before September 20th. I was NOT told that these windows are made in a foreign country. I would like my $15000.00 returned to me.

  Buyer Beware!We purchased double entry front doors for our home from *** Doors and Windows approximately 6 months ago. At that time we shared with our salesperson who came to our house that there was a piece of wood at the front door which was put in by the previous owner when she had a new porcelain tile floor installed. We told him that we did not have additional tiles for the floor so we would need a threshold that was wide enough to cover the space when the existing door and frame (including the wood) would be removed. He assured us that there would be no problem and that the threshold would be wide enough to meet up to the tile and cover the gap Fast forward several months of waiting for the doors, the threshold was installed and there is a space of approximately 3 between the threshold and the floor.Not what was promised to us!!! Dangerous to say the least!!!We have called our salesperson, customer service and supervisors numerous times to no avail. We even told them where in ********** they could purchase a wider saddle to accommodate our situation. These were very expensive doors and no customer should be treated this way.We also ordered a different door for our bathroom. That door failed inspection because of gaps left by the installers. They did rectify that issue but certainly not quality work by any means.This was a very disappointing experience and we would definitely not recommend anyone to use them.

  My name is *********. My windows installation was done by USA Windows and Doors. I have called them before for issues, but the response and communication was so bad. I was told that I will get a call back but no one's ever calls me back. Today is the first time that I received an immediate response from **** the field manager. When I spoke to **** today he was very professional. He assured me he will take care of the problem and he was at my house within 2hrs to inspect the problem. Thank you **** for doing such a great job.

  horrible experience!After 18 months! since signing a contract with your fake/scam company and a letter from my attorney , you sent out a couple (2) of incompetent , sloppy jackasses: they didn't show up at the first appointment , me wasting a whole morning waiting for them and , the next day showing up at 12:30pm.Three days with open walls/windows in both rooms (it was granted one room at the time and sealed) , dust and debris all over the apartment , missing parts , scuffed frames , wrong screens , unfinished concrete and painting , no water pressure test , unremoved safety hook from the ceiling....On top of it , with the excuse that the financing time was expired (certainly not my fault!) you changed my interest rate from 8% to 13%!You are a disgrace and I hope that my lawsuit along with others will put you out of business!

  I just get a call from them to schedule an estimate. While I was doing the arrangement with the agent, the manager took the phone and told me to call back when I was ready and hang up on me. I was in shock how disrespected a customer service manager can be and how a company can lose sales due the lack of leadership. I do not recommend it!
