This company has repeatedly called me well over ************************************************************* even though I have repeatedly stated to them that I do not want to do business with them time after time. Today, they called me *********************************************************************************************************************************************************** on their do not call list. I have signed up for the Do Not Call Registry with the ****************** and will be filing a complaint with the *** and request assistance in stopping this nuisance of repeated phone calls to my phone. Because of this company not understanding and abiding by me, what could have been a prospect customer, I have done business with another company. Not only is this company wasting their time and resources by persistently calling me, they have jeopardized their future customers by this review and my word of mouth advertising, especially to Military Veterans in which I am as well as my friends who strongly take my advise as to whom to do business with. If this company with their complete disregard to a customer's claim to stop calling, then what other pressured devious business practices will and have done to others? I know I can ignore the calls but the constant calling sometimes three or to five times within a ***** minute span by the same person, telemarketer/loan officer is disrespectful, especially after being told to stop calling and that I am not interested in their products. They call from a different number from multiple States but yet I record the same person's voice every time. It has gotten to the point now that when I tell them to stop calling, the abruptly hang up yet they call again minutes later. I feel that the next step is to contact the VA Home Loan side of the VA as well as an advocate to explore options that I have available in order to stop this company's harassments.
