  I came to tour the facility and the young lady working as the main leasing agent did not have good customer service. I came for a tour , applied and have been waiting to hear back. I called as well as stopped by multiple times , of course during business hours, and i could not get ahold of anyone. When i stopped by she had the closed sign on the door and the lights were off and it was well before 5 pm, this propertys office closes at 6 per the website. I went back a second time , later on in the week, and she in fact was sitting in the office, lights off , closed sign on door and not answering the phone. She came out of the office at 5:04 leaving for the day. Again, this property is scheduled to close at 6. This is my well-being and money that is involved and should be taken seriously.

  I’ve been getting charged a rent fee higher than what is on my lease (lease base rent is $**** but I’ve been getting charged $****) and also a month to month rent fee of $*** though I renewed my lease in *******r ** ****. I’ve had multiple phone call and in person conversations with the staff and I feel that I’ve been getting the run around and there’s always a new excuse as to why my billing hasn’t been corrected. I was told to only pay the base rent that is on my lease along with other fees such as water and sewage, which I do but I end up getting charged a late fee and I still get letters on my door saying that I owe and if I don’t pay I’d be getting evicted. This has been going since ******* of **** and I thought that it would be resolved by now but it’s not. I just want to be charged the right amount so I won’t have to worry about any late fees that aren’t my fault.

  I paid through a program called the ********** and waited months for my lease to be sent to me and signed but never received any information on a move in date, no communication and when there’s is I am rushed out the building and off the phone. I’ve asked multiple times what would be the fees that I need to pay so I could put funds aside or in place to secure that I have a home but the manager assumed that I would know what I needed but didn’t inform me of anything and as well made me pay for multiple application fees
