    My name is **** ****** *****, My son was currently enrolled in Florida Healthy Kids through CMS/WellCare. I am appealing to you because I do not understand the cancellation of my son's medical insurance. I am a single parent with a child who is special, he depends on his behavioral and speech therapies to improve. I receive social security benefits for medical disability. We are very frustrated with the poor communication and decisions on the part of healthy kids, they asked me for my income, I sent them the letter that social security gave me to be sent to them confirming the monthly income yesterday, January 31, they called me to tell me that That letter does not justify my admission, which was different from that one. In reality, I was never given the correct information. I spoke with several people, each with different information. The person I spoke with yesterday told me that he would try to send them the letter that requires what they demand, even so they guaranteed me that my son would continue with his active medical service in the month of February while the other letter is received. Today in the morning they call us from the behavioral therapy agency that my son does not is eligible that his insurance was canceled for this reason, I am desperate because this situation would affect my son both emotionally, academically and before society, I ask you to please intervene and review my case taking into account my situation on my behalf.     I have been trying to get approved or at least an application processed with them since early 12/2023 and have gotten nowhere. Today, after my 20th call in 2 months, they tell me the *** I have had all my life is not the one they have on file. Ironically, if they were to actually process the documents that I uploaded to the site twice, they could clearly see my SS card and number right there with the same last four digits I repeated to the, four times. Again today, I was given the same meaningless and unhelpful response that my documents were still being processed from when originally uploaded and emailed them back on 1/25/24 or maybe this processing is from the more recent upload of 2/7/24. I'm getting calls daily from their automated system stating they are waiting for info to be given to them, even though I've emailed and uploaded twice and they claim they have it on the phone. The last time I contacted them, I asked for a supervisor and was told at 2:23pm on a Friday afternoon there was no supervisor and I was not permitted to hold on the line to wait for one. All I want is for my granddaughter to have health insurance coverage we can afford. She lost her father and we live on the **** which combined totals less than ****** a year for our entire household and this child is being railroaded and refused help so that she can get proper healthy checkups and immunizations she needs for school and cannot possibly pay for with the little money we have for our household to sleep, eat and live. It's horrible to leave a child who's father died, mother is not around and struggles with the losses and recently, her grandfather passed away/ She is in a situation where she cannot even seek mental health treatment because she can't pay. All I ask is for my application to be processed as she qualifies according to your income guidelines. Whatever issue there is with my ***, I have uploaded my card 2x to site so I don't know what more I can do to fix issue, which is an error.
