    I presented to Patients First around 5 pm for a TDAP shot because a squirrel snuck onto my screened porch and scratched me trying to get it out. Patients First kept me in the waiting room until after 6 pm so they could charge an additional almost $20 for ‘evening hours fee,’ and they are considering my consent for treatment a blanket consent and have been trying to charge my *** before I even received the bill. Fortunately my card was already locked, because their system keeps trying it daily. Yesterday I submitted an appeal through my insurance, and called patients first asking them to remove my card and told them I’m disputing the charge, and they told me they won’t do anything but add a note, and overnight they again tried to run my *** after I called and specifically refused. I can’t even reactivate my *** card and use it for necessary medical expenses because every night their system tries it.
