    I highly recommend steering clear of this dealership. The lack of accountability and complete incompetence from management down to service is the worst.On 5/27/25 I had my grand Cherokee towed to the dealership for an electrical issue potentially the alternator and was told by a service advisor I would have an answer to my electrical issue within 2 days. 5/30/25 I received a call my car would be rolled into the bay and would receive an update by ***. NOTHING! 6/2/25, no status. 6/6/25 (10 days later) I received a call from the service **** stating your battery is dead and we cannot work on your vehicle unless you purchase a new battery, cost for battery + labor + tax would be $727. Unbelievable, I have a Jeep manufactured car in a Jeep service **** and cannot find a cause, nor justify the reasoning to not work on my vehicle unless I purchase an astronomical priced battery to even try to work on my car which would then be another charge of $212 for a diagnostic fee after Ive told them 3 times my car had an electrical issue, potential the alternator. I then asked them to review my extended warranty, no call back on 6/6/25. I then emailed the customer relations team regarding my issue and nothing, called and left a vm as well and didnt recieve any communication back. My next option is to file a complaint with the ******************************* over this. This is unbelievable and my car is still sitting up there with no timeframe on being diagnosed nor extended warranty coverage being addressed.

    $52k brand new car malfunctions multiple times and the deal ship is doing nothing about it !Terrible experience and no customer care whatsoever!I purchased a brand new 2024 **** , and within 5 months I started to experience problems with the car not starting, key fob not working, and what the service department said maybe electrical issues.I had to get my car towed to the dealership after it would not start up, I was told the batteries were completely dead and they will replace them under warranty. they did not offer me a loaner or a rental car and had my car for 3 weeks without fixing the problem. They sent my car back to me as it magically started again with no repairs. They did not follow through with any repairs that they told me would happen.Then my vehicle started to lock the key fob inside the car as the car was still running. This happened on multiple occasions and I keep sending my car back to the dealership to figure out the issue AGAIN and AGAIN.The service department not only couldnt figure out how to fix the problems, they also , dont return calls, dont give you updates on the car, none of the employees were ever on the same page and the manager would never call me back after calling everyday for weeks as they still had my car just parked in the service department.They once again continued to tell me they could not fix the issues . I have now lost faith in the safety of the vehicle, due to the malfunctions I have experienced. I dont feel like its a safe car for me nor my 4 month old child, especially when I never know when the car would lock up and furthermore, the **** APP , which should allow me to unlock my vehicle from the app, also NO LONGER WORKS.This dealership refuses to take back the car and give me a reliable vehicle. I paid for a brand new car for over $50k and they are basically telling me , I have to keep this car that has malfunctioned multiple times within 5 months .They are not offering any solution

    I purchase a Dodge Ram 3500 from Tallahassee Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram **** in May 2024; I have experience nothing but a complete headache from the staff and service technicians, I probably have brought my truck in more than I have driven it. The service advisor **** ****** *****, he has the worst attitude you ever want to see, Also I deal with **** which wasn't any better. I still haven't resolved the issue. As of today, my truck is leaking water from the rear window, not to mention I took my truck in for service and one of the service in March 2024 and one of the service technicians hit a pole in my truck, they call themselves repairing it but I can still see the dent and also see through the thin coat of paint that was applied. I call and explain to them that I wasn't satisfied and **** ****** the service advisor stated it was repaired to the best of their ability, which isn't accepted on my behalf. This has been the worst nightmare dealing with this company. I tried my hardest not to take it this far but what do you know when they're not trying to correct their wrongs into rights. I'm now looking for the CEO of the company because I'm completely fed up and would never do or business or recommend this company to anyone unless they want to go through pure H***

That damage was repaired at no cost to the guest.Regarding the reported rear window leak, based on prior conversations with Ms. ********* we understand that the window was replaced by an outside body shop. As such, this issue does not appear to be related to any service performed at our facility.We are committed to treating every customer fairly and respectfully, and we remain open to further communication should Ms. ******** have additional concerns she would like us to review.

    The service department has been awful. I have a brand new jeep wagoneer and have taken it in once. They did not address all of the issues. No one answers the phone or calls you back. I have called 15 times and left messages. The lack of any response ensures we will never buy another jeep or brand In this family.

    Advertising for No payments for 6 months. (False) 1st payment due within 25 days. I spoke to them about their ad. They re worded it 30 minutes after hanging up on phone. Was supposed to receive a 2nd ignition key ??. Haven't heard about that yet. Spent 6 hours at dealership. Salesmen ************************* was great to work with. I know he can't do anything but ask for what I wanted. I do not have any problems with him only the upper management.

    We are getting the second key for the used car he purchased, we simply did not have it on hand when he bought the vehicle on Saturday, this was communicated to the guest yesterday. We do offer 6 months with no payments, but the customer must have a credit profile that will support the approval from the lender. We have been clear with this from the beginning with our advertising of the promotion.

    The service was horrible!!! Normally they are on point. But they told me I needed new tires, quoted me 2:30 to be done, 4:30 Im still in the lobby waiting. I watched many of their employees break to go get food from an event they were having while Im waiting on my car. I even saw the service men come in a get a plate, while Im still waiting. I watched 2 rotations of people come in after me and get serviced and leave before me. It was horrible. I didnt want to give them the one star. If they would have told me I would have to wait this long initially, I would have declined. Thats bad communication and shady business practices. They waited until I agreed to get the tires on my car then said it will take a while to get them aligned. I would have straight up said no if this was said initially.
