    Good afternoon.I placed an online order (ORDER #*****). I recieved an email that said delivered on Dec 4. I did not recieve a code for the lockers in the apartment complex nor did I recieve any other proof of delivery from **** which the vendor reports delivered the item. I reached out to the company via email, on their website as well as the listed phone number (which always goes to VM and no response). All I recieved was a dismissive email asking me to look more for the item. I asked for a refund as I have not recieved the items I paid for and they have stopped responding. I am happy to provide the email communications reciepts etc. Looking at their ****** reviews it seems this poor customer service is an experience shared by others as well. I am not sure if this company is a scam or if it just treats customers poorly.

    I ordered a set of scrubs in the color Teal and they sent me the wrong color, the bag on the outside says Teal but the scrubs are hunter green (see photo attached, the one on the left is theirs and the one on the right is from another company and it is the real TEAL color) I have gotten in touch with this company multiple times, they have only responded once saying that they sent me the correct color of uniform and if I wanted to return I could use the return label but they had to deduct a restocking fee? It is not my fault I received the wrong color, they have now stopped responding to my emails and refuse to refund me.

    This customer contacted our customer service inquiring how to do a return, as she believed she received the wrong color. After she provided pictures, she was reassured that she indeed received the right color. Per our exchange/return policy, the customer was advised she may return the items resulting in a restocking fee, or she may exchange the items free of charge to her. On 3/22/22, the following email was sent (see attached), which after the customer filed her BBB complaint. This customer is entitled to a refund however, was advised that she would be subject to the restocking fee, as any other customer would who received the correct item purchased.

    If you wish to exchange your scrubs, there is no associated restocking fee, however given that you received the color you purchased we would have to deduct the restocking fee upon return.

    After making their complaint, this customer was notified that she did indeed receive the correct item. Our website provides professional pictures with accurate representaitons of each color. Please visit the following link which will confirm the customer received the color that was displayed on the website; **************************************. While the customer may be correct that Mim Scrubs "teal" is a different variant than another company, she was able to visualize the color she was receiving before finalizing her purchase. 

     

    With that being said, the customer is subject to restocking fees as any other customer would be if they are unhappy with their scrubs and wish to return them.

    I am rejecting this response because: The color representation of the coñor teal that this company posts on their website is not accirate, I have 2 different scrubs from 2 different companies and the colors are the same, this is the only color that it doesn’t match. I want my money back without a restocking fee as this is not my fault, the color this company claims it’s teal IT IS NOT!
