      ***** was an amazing delivery guy. It wouldve taken three or four guys typically to do what he did single-handed. He lifted the couch up and he might lifted it over his head. Im not sure but this guy was amazing and very youll be very lucky if you get him to deliver your job

      Horrible recent experience. Details posted on Facebook to explain. I wish google gave me enough words to add it here. Important to share the breaks in workflow, customer service and processes with anyone who wishes to read these reviews so they can be aware of what they are getting into. So frustrating, dissatisfying and disappointing; especially being a long time city furniture consumer- buying furniture shouldn’t be such a hassle! Get it together city. - to the world- just be cautious and aware of the steps after you leave the sales room. Sales on point but the delivery process, the drivers (communication and reliability - NONEXISTENT) - be aware of the back end steps in receiving your items, and just pray you don’t have to setup a professional cleaning or tech to come back out upon delivery to fix or clean your dirty items that JUST arrived- because they will make you jump through hoops to have what they promised laid out and executed. - still waiting for a tech to come out to fix the issues we had upon delivery, extremely dissatisfied, frustrated and pissed. I don’t think it’s too much to ask to have proper customer service and care from these cleaning technicians to actually answer, show up and respond to the proper processes and workflows set. Unbelievable. Delivery team should ensure proper care is taken when handling a customers brand new purchases and not get dirty fingerprints on your new chairs, dent in your chairs. Everything should be inspected in detail before delivering to a customer- I just feel like no care was given to any of it and to not even respond to a scheduled service?! What kind of care is this!!!!!

      Had an outstanding experience with Citi Furniture overall. The sales experience at the office in the ******** location was excellent. The delivery confirmation in the morning of the delivery was very helpful. And the technicians who delivered the furniture were courteous, professional, caring, and wanted to make sure that there were no conflicts or misunderstandings.
