    Horrible experience. Had a bait and switch with a dining set that they would not honor the website price because they're a franchise and because the company had "discontinued" the product - they still had numerous in their stock though. This was an approx $300 difference they would not honor. Eventually, they called me back after I had left and offered to reduce the price by $175. I already had a bad taste after my experience with them so I refused.More concerning, is they had located my "profile" in the system from years ago. I let them know that was no longer my address and the phone numbers attached were not my numbers and belonged to my ex husband. I asked them to create a NEW profile because I did not want any issues with that address or phone number. They said they changed everything and "not to worry". Immediately while I was there, my ex-husband started receiving text messages from them about my "new purchase" from the Stuart *********************** I showed the messages, again told them to fix this immediately and let them know he is not supposed to know where I live, there's safety concerns etc. They again assured me they removed it and he would not receive anything else.Days later during the delivery process, my ex-husband again began texting me that he was STILL receiving messages including detailed delivery information and to "congratulate" me on my new home and repeated back to me the new city I'm living in which is a serious concern for me and my family. I'm horrified and frightened due to these issues with this company. I'll never do business with them again.

    Spent nearly $6,000 on a bedroom set. They talked us into a warranty. Delivery to our home was 3 days later. Were in our 30s and healthy, so we carried everything upstairs and are capable of assembly. They took their picture and left. Every box looked as if it had been opened before and re-taped. Got everything upstairs, no damage. Realized there was no hardware or legs for the footboard. Called the store. Nothing they can do about it. Cant give us hardware from 1 of the 2 floor models. (They could, but wont). Told us to call the claims department (dont know why we would need to file a claim for missing parts). Called them. TWELVE WEEKS FOR HARDWARE DELIVERY. You got me my bedroom set in 3 days but its going to take 3 months to get some screws and legs?! This is a ****! All these big box furniture stores do this. Purposeful incomplete delivery so you have to file a claim, meaning: no in store gift card in 3 years. Its a way for them to get more money. Multiple people have had the exact same thing happen to them. Is this legal? This needs to be looked into on a national level. We declined assembly because were capable. Oh, look.. missing parts (shocker). This is UNACCEPTABLE. Any other business would make it right by getting you the parts you PAID FOR. Mind you, this bed is in stock in the warehouse an hour away. Think they could take the hardware off of one of those to get it to us? NO! They need to make it right, give us the parts and THEY can wait the 12 weeks for parts. So sick of these large corporations and their money making *****.

    Sales person was excellent, she followed up all the way to the delivery. We paid in full for the orders and there was a waiting time for our items to arrive. Took a month in a half to the items to arrive. The bed was scratched all over, we opened a claim. They try to give us a gift card of $50, we declined it. They offered to repair ( touch it up ) we declined it, we requested a new item. After the back and forth they accepted but they tried to make us pay for the delivery and installation again.. what a joke! Finally a supervisor waive it. Our couch a month after delivery started to sink all the way to the wood boning from the cushions, ( we are 3 people in the house we work all day and our kid is at school all day and spends at her bedroom) we use it a couple of hours at night to watch tv. Same thing we process a claim, they end up changing the cushions and the same story as the bed. Our dining table, we waited the most for it, the table top started peeling off. They sent someone to touch it up. What a joke. I requested a replacement, after a fight they will do it but we have to pay delivery and installation again. Overall, experience was awful, DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS PLACE.
