      Our 3 year old ac gave out. And services was quick to respond. The fix would only be a bandaid according to the tech Cameron. We chose a state of the art Daiken system. March 28. 12 year parts and labor included. It was promptly installed the next day. Nothing but issues from that point. I sent 10 emails to the manager Edgar with no written response only verbal. Cameron was let go a few days later. In short there have been 14 return trips to remedy all which failed. 2 of the techs are no king with the company. They are due to return Wednesday 6/8. With no action plan. Each tech that comes out has their own tweek that is then changed by the next tech. I tried to call Daiken directly but since I'm not a dealer they won't say boo. My electric bill has actually gone up 50% or more because this unit constantly runs and runs. I spoke to numerous folks at and services and get a run around. I am awaiting a call from Edgar's boss John. I should have researched them more but we had no ac, my neighbor used them recently and was very happy. I'm at the point I want a serious discount or the system replace with a properly working one. They say this is a high tech system and they need additional training. We'll get fully trained first then sell the unit. We did 1 year no payment finance mind you we are talking about 16k for this 5 ton unit that mind as well be a boat anchor. I don't see how this would last 12 years since it failed in its first few weeks. I'm am disgusted with the issues, the company and the how long this is taking to rectify. Also no inspection scheduled. Fortunately I still have the old unit so exploring what's needed to fix it. I have also contacted an attorney for guidance and 1st step was this route.

      They were scheduled to come last week and cancelled an hour before the appointment time. I let them have it during that call. They never answer an email. They are scheduled to come Tuesday 6/21. But this new fix is not gonna fix the issue. This has been going on since March 28. I want a $200 per day discount as it stands right now starting from March 28. They also agreed to pay my electric bill but I have not seen 1 cent reimbursement. My next letter is to the licensing board or who ever control that. I do have a lawyer ready to go if needed. This is a terribly run company. They only saving ***** is the lead supervisor *****.

      I spoke to *************************** last week and he said he was going to light a fire with production. That was a week ago. No response or reply to email since. I did send ***** an email with what I am requesting at this point as we are past 100 days and no formal resolution. I am going to submit a complaint to the licensing board today.

      It is our understanding that this case is still marked as unresolved with the BBB.

      Per review of the customer's account, the customer and ********************** reached an amicable agreement in September of 2022. At that time all of the customer's requests to include any tangible property and/or monetary resolve had been executed.

      We have been having issues since we bought our A/C unit June of 2020. Their workers dropped our older a/c unit through our master ceiling and they left a huge hole in the ceiling- with no repair until I called and the repair took 3 days. They left exposed wires and screws in my baby swing when I have toddlers and that repair also took 3 days. I have called numerous times for an issue to be fixed starting when our unit was put in (our house would not cool off) I was told refrigerant issues. Called again when it happened a few weeks later, they said nothing was wrong. Continued to call spoke to Edgar and he was very rude and even asked if I was "annoyed due to it being that time of month". Continued to have issues and when the tech came out he said "now what's the problem". We get the same tech every single time and he doesn't listen to me and just says our windows are older, roof is old, need new duct work or the most ridiculous one of all "if people walk in front of the thermostat it causes the temperature to rise in the house". The outside HVAC also makes a clunking sound and he said the Bryant's are notorious for that - called the Bryant company and they said that is false. It is currently 83 degrees in my house and he came out on Friday 06/03/22 and said there was no issue. Had a different tech from this company come out 06/05/22 and he said its definitely having an issue. The part would be covered under warranty but I would need to pay $550 for labor because it is over a year old (we have been having this issue since before it turned a year). Spoke to John (another manager) he interrupted me and would not even let me state my issues and even stated "just cause you call doesn't mean there is an issue" and that we will have to cover the labor costs because it is over a year old. I feel like they know there is a problem with the unit and wanted to get past one year so I would have to pay for labor. I want the unit fixed properly. Never use AND Services EVER!

      They were supposed to be at my house Monday June 6th between 3-5pm and I never received a call or had any tech show up. I had a different company come out within an hour of my call and they found clogged pipes that they said our maintenance service (which we had with AND Services) should have caught. The other company fixed the issue ($155) and we haven't had any issues since. I FINALLY got a call at 11:18 Tuesday morning to "apologize" for no one coming out "but we thought you didn't want our tech out there"

      We understand this complaint is marked as unanswered with the BBB. In review of the account, visits were conducted to the residence in June to take care of any needed issues. There are no further visits after that time. There is, in fact, a notation that the home was sold in October of 2022. The customer's requests were met and they no longer reside at the property in question.

      AC company came out on 1/13 for semi annual inspection of 3 year old AC unit and found out husband had recently passed away. The unit passed inspection yet broke on 1/25 - was told it was 'unfixable' and not under warranty. Needed a new unit - spent $7964, wanted to pay by credit card but was told I couldn't since they already checked the box to pay by check. Paid for a Traine unit but they installed a Reem unit. It has not passed inspection - contacted them numerous times and they have not come out to make it right.

      I called this company to come out and check on my air conditioning unit.I use them before in the past which is why I trusted them. Service tech known as Brian came out to my house and told me and my wife that it was a compressor that went bad and it would cost $3,000 to replace and it's probably cheaper with the age of my unit but she told me 11 years old to just buy a new one. Said there's no other better price in the market told me he was just a service tech not a salesperson and that he's just trying to take care of me. I don't know why but something just triggered in my brain to get a second opinion after I already said I would do this. I got the second opinion to come out and it turned out to be just a capacitor nothing wrong with the compressor it might be a little old only 10 years but no need to go to that far of an extreme. The company or just at least the salesperson was trying to take advantage of me that the fact that I needed air conditioning for my 4 year old son. As soon as possible into coning me into buying a new AC unit when it was an easy fix that they repaired that day on the spot the other company. My main desire for this outcome is the company to be investigated for shady practices so no other consumer gets taken advantage of by a salesperson just trying to make a quick buck.

Brian is a seasoned service technician whom has been in the business for a long time. We're sorry if he made a mistake with his diagnosis. Many times ac system act up periodically. The compressor could have been in a lock out or been to hot for it to start with just installing a new capacitor. We are very sorry for this and would love the opportunity to make it right.

      I had a hose bibb replaced by "And Service". The plumber charged me $375.00. I called the manager, Roger, and he said he would refund me $175.00 because the charge was not explained throughly. The plumber spent 10 minutes to replace the hose bibb, using the only bibb he had. Not the same as I had removed. I thought the $375.00 quote was if he had too go into the wall, not to just replace the bibb. Where is my refund? I have called 4 times to resolve this and no one can answer my question.

      I am paying $8750.00 for "up to 50 feet" of sewer line replacement. Invoice #XXXXX. But I feel that the salesman PURPOSELY misled me in the amount of line needing replacement. 3/7/22 He mismarked the location of the line along with the length measured of nearly 50 feet. It is hard to believe that someone in his position would be that incompetent especially since when I contacted him about my concern that they replaced only 19 feet of line to the city sewer line, he defensively responded with "you signed the invoice for up to 50 feet". He is apparently accustomed to that particular phrase due to his business practices. I contacted another manager at the company and was told that he reduce the cost to $4800.00 which I was satisfied with. He said the bank would be in contact with me about the adjustment. The only notice from the bank is the due date of the first payment on the $8750.00. No response from the Kenny the 2nd manager after leaving message about the open trench and no notice from the bank.

      One of the managers - ***** called me 4/11/22 and asked if I sent in a complaint to the BBB concerning this matter. I told him that I did but would gratefully recind it if we could come to an agreement. ***** said that the paperwork was on his bosses desk and that only he could adjust my cost. He also stated that he needed to send a person to meet me and sign a Notice of Commencement for the county permit. He mentioned that the initial manager (************) failed to have me sign it while he was drawing up the initial agreement. The "runner" was supposed to call me the morning of 4/12/22 to meet so I could sign the **** I have not heard from anyone from Andservices since.

      Based on my review of the account history and records, any overcharge to Mr. *** was addressed on 4/6/22, resulting in a partial refund for the overage. In December of 2022, our plumbing department spoke further with Mr. *** who advised additional plumbing work was required on behalf of the City due to roots being found in the city line as well. According to Mr. *** once the City completed the necessary work, the work area was closed up and returned to normal. To the best of my knowledge, everything was accounted for relative to Mr. ***** request and the job completed in 2022. We apologize to Mr. *** for any frustrations during this situation and also apologize for not updating the BBB portal sooner. Should there be any further concerns that need to be addressed, please phone ************** and ask to speak with the Plumbing Manager. It will be our pleasure to assist in any way possible.       I was charged up front $3,219 to fix my shower. They tore it out day one, and haven't returned. That was 2 months ago. They said it will be an additional $1,850 to finish the job. Have asked multiple times for a permit number- I was charged for one; I believe it was never pulled. Can't get anyone to call me back. I leave messages with the "office" and no one replies. I want the charges reversed at this point and let me find a more reputable company to do this job.

Work was started on 9/14 and is allegedly completed now and the proper permit filed. Second Permit was not paid for so no inspection can be scheduled. Help!       I called and cancelled a maintenance plan with and services after I had my new ac system installed on November 7 2020. I've called almost monthly to cancel this service and it has not been cancelled I've called complained ive now disputed twice with my credit card company because I can't seem to resolve it through normal business contact. Each month for a year now they have taken 14.95 from me and I have told them to cancel in addition they have not provided the services needed two drain line cleanings a year and other benefits of the program they have claimed because of corona virus. So it didn't matter that they didn't fulfill their requirements/benefits because I've asked them to refund me. I've asked to speak with management the phone reps say they will escalate my issue and nothing is ever done. So I am forced to contact the BBB as this is my third avenue to correcting this. My personal attempts to rectify this with the business has gone unheeded, my disputes with my cc company has proceeded without fruition and finally I am hoping this will cease further charges and I demand refund for 12 months of these charges

      I had AND Services come out to fix some plumbing issues that I had back on 9/6/2021. I was told that I needed to replace the plumbing pipe from my house to the street which would be $7,500. I agreed to the price as my plumbing was backing up into all my sinks, showers and toilets. They came out the next day to work on replacing the pipe. They made it about 10 feet and discovered that I had a septic tank that I wasn't aware of (I had just purchased the house). They replaced the pipe to my septic and added a Hydroscrub mainline (which I paid with credit card), and I called a septic company to come out and pump the septic. Once that was complete, I had to make contact multiple times to receive a refund of some of the $7,500 for the re-pipe that couldn't be completed due to the septic. After 3-4 days of calling, I received a refund of $2,785. A few weeks later, I received a call asking me if I had received my permit in the mail. I had not and was under the impression that they had the permit in hand before starting work on my property. I have called back about a half a dozen times asking for an itemized invoice and all receipts for work completed at my house (they keep sending me an invoice for the part I purchased and not the services), a release of lien as they had been paid in full by the finance company, as well as a copy of my permit. According to the Hernando County Building Department website, the permit was received by the county on 9/22/2021, 2.5 weeks after the project was completed and has yet to be paid for. I called 12/6/2021 and was told that a manager would get back with me by the end of the week. I just called again today and was told that someone would have to get back with me again. I am fed up with being told someone will call me, and no one does. All I am asking for are all of my receipts for all plumbing work completed (not just parts), a release of lien, and a copy of my permit so they can call in for an inspection.

      A manager from AND Services came by my house on December 29, 2021, and dropped off the receipts and to get a copy of the recorded Notice of Commencement. To date, I still do not have a contractors release affidavit, and the permit is awaiting drawings and payment from the contractor.

      The company sent someone out to drop off my permit only after I submitted this BBB complaint. It has not been called in for a final inspection, and I have called numerous times over the last few weeks to get in touch with permitting. They have escalated my calls to management, but no phone calls to follow up. I also have not received by contractors release affidavit, that I have been asking for for months. I have also asked to speak with a manager, and they have told me that they cannot transfer calls, all they can do is email and hope that someone calls me back.

      Based on my review of the account history, it would appear that any open items were satisfied by and between **************** and AND Services. There is correspondence and job site visits noted on ******************** account up to April of 2022. The final inspection was on 4/12/22 and all scopes of work passed. Following the inspection there has been no further correspondence with ****************. To the best of my knowledge, passing inspection was the final item needed to fulfill anything outstanding. If, for any reason, **************** believes anything remains open ended, still to address, we would ask that she please contact our office at ************** and ask to speak with the Plumbing Manager. It will be our pleasure to address any concerns with **************** at that time. Our apologies for any frustrations **************** experienced during this process.
